Work was done in the time promised. A couple of minor issues found were remedied without quibble and completely satisfactorily. The plumbers were busy the whole time they were here.

Excellent service from quotation to installation. The boiler works as expected, the radiators were flushed and all work was tidy and after completion any mess was tidied up.

B&K recently fitted a new boiler and water tank ans changed a couple of radiators and fitted a new shower .
Hamish and his team were with us for a week carrying out these works . What an absolute pleasure they were to have with us .. friendly polite tidy and everything was done to a high standard . From start to finish with the office team coming out to quote and advise us to the works being finished wverything was smooth and efficient . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company

We had our annual service with this company who we have been with since we moved in nearly 10 years ago.
They have always been efficient and friendly whether it was talking to them on the phone or dealing with the engineers. We had a major problem with a small amount of carbon monoxide seeping out of the boiler when the annual service was done. The engineer shut down the boiler and checked that the emersion heater was working so we could get hot water. The office gave us a competitive price for a new one and it was installed 7 working days later. The engineer was efficient, friendly and listened to us, even coming back when damp patches were found on the ceiling after the installation. he was very thorough checking the radiators were dry and making sure that nothing else was going on after the installation. He let us know we could call if there was any other problems in the future. Even the office rang today to check we were happy that everything was running smoothly. This is a company who cares and they are worth hanging on to.

I recently had my boiler replaced by B&K Boiler Services. The whole process with them was seamless from start to finish. They got back to me straight away and arranged for somebody to come round to give me a quote and the different options available to me were fully explained. What I especially liked was that they were not pushy and did not try to just sell me the most expensive one, they left me to decide for myself. In less than a week they were round to carry out the work. The gentlemen that attended were exceptional, they were very thorough and professional, explaining things to me as they carried out the work. They were extremely polite and engaging with a manner that puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable. The whole experience with B&K was excellent and I would recommend them every time. I will definitely be using them again.

I’ve used this company before a few weeks ago with a new boiler installation.
Whilst doing so they found a long time leak on the hot water cylinder tank which needed replacing etc. Once again I can’t praise them enough. Their engineer Ellis arrived at the said time and grafted away all day. He wasn’t happy to leave and late until all working checks were complete with no leaks etc. I’ll say it again. I throughly recommend this company 100% and thank you 👍🏼

My radiators had been performing poorly for years, and I knew I needed a power flush. B&K came out to check and assess and duly this was booked. Not as expensive as I had feared, just over £80 per radiator. And wow, what a difference this has made, we have had to turn all our rads down since then.
The chaps that came were so polite and quiet and tidy we did not even know they were in the house half the time. A marvellous service and worth the money.

Have used B&K for many years. Nor sure how competitive their pricing is but it’s reasonable. They’ve always been professional and their work is of a high standard - so I have peace of mind knowing they will do a job well. I must say I was surprised to read one lady’s rather negative review but noticed she has left negative reviews elsewhere - not a positive review in sight. Some people just like to complain - probably because they want the job done for free - I wouldn’t even want to give them my services!! So no love lost there. Bottom line from my multiple experiences is B&K are well respected, knowledgeable and do a sterling job.

We decided to replace our very old boiler before it decided for us and from the outset B and K were amazing. Explaining our options on a site visit and then sending through the quote as discussed quickly. The work was booked in and the installation was carried out without any dramas by Steve, who immediately put my mind at rest about how straightforward it would be. He was one of the best tradespeople I have ever used, personable, efficient and very tidy! I was expecting some making good to be necessary but there was absolutely no damage at all. He explained the new system to me and reassured me that back up advice would be available if needed. I could not recommend B and K highly enough. They made what I thought would be a major headache just another couple of days, so thank you very much.

This would have been a 5 star review but the person who came to give us an estimate for a new boiler was so abrupt and monosyllabic it was impossible talk to him.
We had suffered a problem with a pressure valve and an air filter and the plumber did the job, but sadly left us without any hot water and no water in one of the bathrooms. This was remedied the next morning. As the boiler was knocking on (10 years) we decided to cut our losses, hence the visit from misery man.
A week later we have a spanking new boiler and are very happy with it, just a thermostat to be fitted indoors.
All the actual plumbers were brilliant, got on with the job, treated our home with respect, and were a pleasure to work with.
I might add this is the fourth boiler B&K have installed for us over the years, my husband having used the company for over 40+ years in a business capacity.

Have been in their loyalty club a number of years now, always been polite and friendly and supplied a good service.
Yesterday they installed a new boiler for me and all went well.

Excellent and rapid service from B&K when my power shower broke down. They attended the next day and got it going as a temporary fix, and a week later obtained and installed a replacement. Their staff were helpful and friendly, working neatly and carefully. I can recommend B&K as an efficient and reliable company.
