Having received my custom-made glass tabletop from EGW, I noticed a few small marks on the surface and so I called the company seeking advice how to remove the blemishes.

Despite me emphasizing that the marks were small and that I was simply seeking advice how I might remove them without causing damage to the glass, Customer Services representative Helen said she would arrange a replacement top. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and would like to register my thanks to Helen for her courteous and helpful assistance.

Absolutely fantastic company! Great customer service in sales (especially Helen) super efficient, helpful and professional! I have been using this company for years and very happy. Delivery is always good as are the drivers. Also if you’re doing a project they will help you choose the best solution for the job with glass colours, shapes, fixings and hints on installation methods.

Excellent supplier and competitive pricing for toughen glass cut to order. And if you're as lucky as I was and deal with Michael Heady, then you'd get fabulous client skills, knowledge and promptitude beyond expectations.

Great service and delivery.
EGW provided 6mm toughened glass in ten different sized panes at less than half the price I could get locally. All arrived within 3 weeks, well packed, so no breakage or scratches. Fantastic - I'm very impressed. Thanks to everyone involved
