Ordered a splashback then found we had ordered the wrong size , emailed a lady called Helen who couldn't have been more helpful, she not only sorted a replacement glass for us but she also sorted the return of the original, however the company mistakenly sent us the same one again and again Helen swiftly got the correct size to us which we're so pleased with , this company was a pleasure to deal with and just to mention Helen again who we can't praise highly enough for the way she delt with our problem she really is a credit and an asset to the company.

Ordered beginning of February. Still not arrived. It is not an express glass warehouse as my glass has still not arrived. Constant chasing by me. Informed glass popped so needed to make another. Assured would arrive so I arranged labour. Delayed again and courier will take over a week. This has cost me more money having to wait. Asked to refund and they said it wasn’t their policy. If you want an express service or good customer service avoid.!
Update arrived 28 Feb. No contact from courier just turned up. Neighbour was in and took glass. Emailed company they said was still arranging route with courier. They don’t know what they are doing !!! Not express service or a company I will recommend or use again

Excellent customer buying experience i was made to feel like a valued customer throughout the bespoke order process by professional & friendly staff, prompt telephone pick up, with all queries answered followed by a quick and easy telephone order.
When the bespoke made cooker glass splash back was delivered the quality was first class and at an excellent price.

Found Express Glass Warehouse searching online as I needed some toughened glass cut to size for a fitted shelving project. Their prices seemed significantly less than others for what I wanted so I thought I'd give them a go. I was not disappointed! the standard of the work is excellent and the process well communicated. Any queries I had were answered promptly and politely. I put my order together online through their website interface which was very simple and easy to use. Turnaround time was as specified and I was able to adjust my delivery slot at short notice to fit around work commitments - very impressed with this. The project is now finished and I am very happy with the results. Would definitely use them again. I think their prices are competitive because they appear to do everything in-house from CNC to kilning/toughening?

We ordered 2 splashbacks for our kitchen (at different times) and they arrived very well packaged and undamaged despite their fragility. Very reasonable prices. Liaised with Helen Doherty about the 2 orders, and were very pleased with the results so would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

I ordered 3 glass juliette balconies and the sky force mounting system for my house refurb'.
EGW were extremely helpful and flexible throughout the process and the end product was high quality and competitively priced. Overall an extremely pleasant experience. I would certainly use them again.

Fantastic company to deal with. Required two made to measure toughened glass kitchen worktop protectors. These were manufactured and delivered very quickly by EGW. Quality is outstanding. Particular thanks to Helen at EGW who was extremely helpful and dealt with all my queries. Her customer service is second to none. Would definitely recommend.

The glass and all necessary fittings were supplied about a week after I took my mdf template to the warehouse. The delivery guy was kind enough to help me carry it into my hall. The team at EGW did a fantastic job and made all the necessary reductions for the fittings and trim. My brother and I managed to fit it perfectly in my new wetroom and people say it looks like a hotel bathroom. Saved me more than a grand. Super service, friendly and polite. Highly recommend!

Such great customer service, I was completely clueless on what I needed to order and the staff we so helpful and totally eased my mind- delivery was spot on and on time!

This farcical company delivered an immensely heavy Juliet balcony to me with just one man, the driver. It should have been a 3 to 4 man lift to unload the balcony.
Now the balcony has been damaged during unloading they refuse to negotiate to provide either a replacement or compensation.
I’m now awaiting my credit card company to help. Failing that I’ll be taking civil action action these unprofessionals. Even the likes of curry’s, ao & Argos send a 2 man delivery team to unload items half the weight & size of this Juliet balcony
I recommend you purchase from elsewhere or you may end up with a brand new damaged glass balcony like I have

Measuring error lead to incorrect size delivered. I called up to ask about options and very kindly they shipped out the correct size as a good will gesture. I will definitely be using these brilliant people again.

From sales all the way to delivery - nothing was too much to ask (and I asked a lot). Great service and overall experience from EGW as we purchased our glass Juliette balcony.
I will be using them again for a balustrade as well.

Due to all the positive reviews I was keen to place an order for a bath screen (approx £300). I emailed them first as had a few questions about the fitting (no details on the website) and also to guage their customer service; I’ve learned first hand not to bother transacting with companies who don’t bother responding to your queries or concerns, or where the customer service is generally poor. I sent one email, no response. Sent another a week later. Nothing. Then another a couple of weeks after that. Again nothing. I’ve also tried calling; occasionally someone has answered and hung up. Or it just rings out. Needless to say I didn’t place an order and I definitely won’t be now. Always recommend doing a bit of due diligence about the company you’re buying from especially for high value goods! Seems like their products may be decent quality based on some of these reviews but the non existent customer service says everything.

DO NOT BUY - UNTRUSTHWORTHY
Extremely disappointing service. Placed the order after calling to check about the lead time. Was informed it will take 7 working days, should have listened to my gut when placing the order as no mention on delivery dates etc. It's now 12 working days later and I still have not received any emails or callbacks. I have been calling them daily and they promise to call me back but no one ever did. Every day they feed me more lies. It will arrive the day after. Every day it is the same message - "we expect for it to get to you the day after. Just waiting for it to be toughened" It's a week later and still no sign and I still have to call to get updated. I only placed an order with them because of the 7 days lead time. They are not any cheaper or better than the other provider. The other providers make it clear on their website regarding lead time. Now we know why EGW does not put any dates on lead time.

The mirror is a good size and the people at EGW are very friendly, helpful and communicative. The issue I have is that the mirror arrived very dirty. After cleaning it with glass cleaner and microfiber cloths, they recommended wire wool, I've just spent 30 mins trying to intricately clean and although it's better it still has these dot marks all over it. Not sure if I just got a bad one. Would recommend but keep in mind it won't arrive 'shop fresh' and you may have to spend a while cleaning.

I have used this company on a number of occasions.
This time I shopped around - and have no idea why I bothered. EGW were competitive, timely and polite. There was a minor problem with a delivery, but the customer service team dealt with it perfectly.
I am having loads of fun asking friends 'how much do you think that cost' for my new glass banisters. No one comes even remotely close.

I have a good experience: the mirrors came nicely done as I requested with a competitive price. There was only a delay/issue with my order but the customer team dealt with it properly in the end so I recommend EGW.
