POLIZZE TRUFFA!!! MAI PIU CON LORO
Prenoto un noleggio con assicurazione tramite questo pessimo sito, la pago parecchie centinaia di euro, al momento del ritiro il fornitore del servizio mi comunica che la polizza non vale nulla e devo sottoscrivere la loro assicurazione in quanto quella non è in grado di risarcire nulla. Vengo fregato da entrambi. chiaramente faccio reclamo ad economy booking richiedendo quantomeno il rimborso della loro inutile polizza e rispondono che è chiaramente indicato che è aggiuntiva e si dovrà poi sottoscrivere una polizza con la società di noleggio. PESSIMI PESSIMI PESSIMI. MAI PIU CON LORO

Being told at the desk that the cover you paid several hundred euros for wouldn’t count, and that you still had to buy the supplier’s policy, is a rough way to start a rental. The cover on our side is an extra, reimbursement-based product; it doesn’t replace a supplier’s own terms at pickup, and some desks can still require local insurance or a deposit. That separation should be clearer before you arrive, because it’s exactly the point that catches people out. If this still needs sorting, reach out to community@bookinggroup.com with your booking number, the supplier name, a short summary of what happened at the counter, and any receipts or paperwork from pickup. The team can dig into the specifics.
