Ho prenotato una vettura senza alcun extra. Al pagamento ho trovato un importo molto maggiore. Ho provveduto subito ad annullare gratuitamente la prenotazione ma la restituzione dell'importo pagato non avviene tramite lo stesso metodo di pagamento, cioe' ti mettono la restituzione in un e-wallet, cosi sei costretto ad ordinare con loro usando il credito che non ti hanno restituito. Sono dei truffatori e non dovrebbero essere sul mercato.

Being shown a much higher amount at checkout, then finding the refund sent to an e-wallet after you cancelled, is a rough sequence of events. EconomyBookings is a legitimate booking platform, but the refund route for free-cancellation bookings can depend on the booking conditions — in some cases the amount is credited to the e-wallet first rather than back to the card. That credit is usually withdrawable through the link in the email, and if it didn’t arrive or won’t open, the team can help sort the payout path. If you’d like this checked properly, do send your booking number, the cancellation confirmation, and a screenshot of the charge/refund to community@bookinggroup.com.

Having the deposit come back into the app instead of onto your credit card is a frustrating place to be, especially when nobody has explained the next step. If the refund was credited to the in-app balance, it usually needs to be withdrawn through the email link tied to that wallet; it won’t automatically move back to the card. If you can’t find that link, customer care can check the booking details and point you to the right withdrawal path. That should at least make the money traceable.
