A booking that's already been paid for and then left without clear refund help is a very frustrating place to be, especially when the emails weren't answered and you couldn't get through in Italian. Refunds can only be checked against the booking number and the terms tied to that reservation, so the team needs the case details to see what happened properly. Desidero esprimere la mia completa soddisfazione per il servizio fornito da EconomyBookings e dal partner locale VITARENT presso l'aeroporto di Alghero.
La procedura di prenotazione online sulla piattaforma è stata estremamente semplice, rapida e trasparente. Una volta arrivato in aeroporto, il ritiro del veicolo è stato gestito in modo eccellente dal personale allo sportello VITARENT: le operatrici si sono dimostrate sin da subito straordinariamente gentili, professionali e attente, venendo incontro ad ogni mia esigenza con la massima disponibilità.
L'auto assegnata, una MG HS, era praticamente nuovissima, pulita in modo impeccabile e performante sotto ogni punto di vista. Anche la fase di riconsegna si è svolta in tempi rapidi e senza alcun tipo di intoppo, a conferma di una gestione aziendale organizzata ed efficiente.
Un'esperienza di noleggio a 5 stelle sotto tutti gli aspetti. Consiglio vivamente sia la piattaforma EconomyBookings che il gestore VITARENT di Alghero per l'eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo e la grande professionalità del team. Riprenoterò sicuramente con voi!

If the booking total changed before the final confirmation, it’s usually because something in the price had been added or the supplier rate shifted for the dates selected. Noleggio si...ma senza polizze!!!
Il noleggio funziona ma non sottoscrivete le loro polizze, arrivati al momento del pickup la compagnia di noleggio non considera assolutamente la polizza full casco stipulata con economy booking e vi costringeranno a farne una nuova direttamente con loro.vi troverete cosi ad avere due polizze. Post evento ho chiesto il rimborso ad economy booking e continuano a dire che non è colpa loro, insomma, ho buttato soldi, come sempre!! tra l'altro a questo post probabilmente diranno di contattarli e che sono dispiaciuti ma tanto non risolvono il problema, cosa già fatta in precedenza, quindi anche preso in giro!!questa è l'ennesima recensione dopo aver discusso nuovamente con l'assistenza ed aver ovviamente perso solo tempo.

Full Coverage is a reimbursement-based product, so it doesn’t replace the rental company’s own requirements at the counter; if they insisted on a separate policy in addition to the one you booked, that’s why the desk treated it as a second, local contract. If you want the case looked at against the booking terms, do reach out to our support team through the Help Center on the website — they can review what happened at pickup and the documents from the desk.

Allright e LowCost per Economybooking. Noleggio di 16 giorni con ritiro a Palermo (pessima esperienza) e restituzione a Catania (gentili e professionali)
Per quanto riguarda la prenotazione tramite EconomyBookings, tutto ok: costi molto più bassi rispetto alla prenotazione diretta sul sito di Carmotion e assicurazione Full a un prezzo conveniente.(Circa 90 euro per assicurare franchigia di 1500 euro)
Purtroppo, per quanto riguarda Carmotion Palermo, invece, pessimo servizio. All'arrivo ho dovuto lasciare la mia ragazza da sola in aeroporto perché lo shuttle poteva trasportare solo me, in quanto conducente, anche se a bordo c'era posto anche per lei. Abbiamo poi impiegato circa 20 minuti di tragitto, nel traffico, con un'auto privata.
Arrivato all'ufficio Carmotion, ho subito del vero e proprio terrorismo psicologico da parte dell'addetto al noleggio. Mi è stato detto, innanzitutto, che l'assicurazione Full stipulata con EconomyBookings, al costo di circa 90 euro, non copriva realmente tutto e che sarebbe stato meglio acquistare la loro assicurazione Full alla modica cifra di 700 euro, a fronte di una franchigia di 1.500 euro.
Ovviamente ho rifiutato la proposta e ho avvisato che avrei lasciato una recensione negativa, perché non è accettabile mettere il cliente a disagio millantando rischi legati alla sicurezza, al furto, agli atti vandalici e perfino alla normale sporcizia dovuta all'utilizzo dell'auto, facendo intendere che, per qualsiasi cosa, avrebbero trattenuto dalla franchigia almeno 100-200 euro, persino per una semplice macchia di salsedine.
Mai più con Carmotion Palermo.
Per quanto riguarda invece la sede di Catania, dove abbiamo riconsegnato l'auto al ritorno, tutto perfetto: personale cordiale e professionale, esattamente come ci si aspetta da un servizio di autonoleggio.
Le 5 stelle sono per EconomyBookings. A Carmotion Palermo darò 1 stella, perché 0 non si può.
