Excellent Service
Alex was friendly, professional and knowledgeable when it comes to e-bikes. Bike is fabulous bit of kit and exactly as described. I travelled two hours to purchase the bike after the video call.
Would recommend this company if you’re looking for a pre owned e-bike.

Wouldn’t buy from them again.
Bought a haibike from bike exchange through Alex. The bike arrived in great condition however the gears never shifted properly, the forks didn’t switch between firm and soft and the motor made an awful sound when it applied the torque. Got intouch with them and requested a refund. Alex sent me the price of the bike minus the £105 shipping even though the fault was on there end. After a phone call and being called a lier I managed to get my money back. Never usually the type of guy to send something back as I’ve rather just get it sorted locally without the hassle but when I was a “lier” and the bike was fine. (Which I’m no genius but the bike was far from fine). Review left after I’ve received my full money back as I’m not thick enough to do it without the money.
In response to the review reply, i can provide the exact same videos of the motor rattling noise that apparently they couldn’t replicate when they received it back…. Hmmmm smells fishy.

After receiving the bike, you contacted us regarding concerns with the shifting and motor noise.
As the bike was well within our warranty period, we suggested taking it to a local bike shop so the bike could be inspected and any issues resolved locally at our cost. Despite the bike being fully serviced and checked over prior to sale, we understand that faults can occasionally develop or issues can arise during transit, which is why we offered to cover this process for you.
You decided you would prefer to return the bike instead, so we arranged collection back to us. Once the bike arrived, our technician inspected and test rode it extensively but was unable to replicate either of the issues described.
A refund was then issued. Initially, the return shipping cost was deducted as the bike had not been confirmed faulty following inspection. However, following further discussion, we also refunded the return shipping cost as a gesture of goodwill so the matter could be resolved fully.
The bike has since undergone further testing and inspection, including repeated test rides and checks of the drivetrain, motor system and electrical connections, with no faults identified.
At no point did we ignore your concerns, and we spent considerable time communicating by phone throughout the process. We also strongly dispute the comments regarding personal conduct and would never intentionally insult or mistreat a customer.
For transparency, we are happy to provide videos and photos from our post-return inspection, including drivetrain wear checks, shifting performance and motor operation.
All of our bikes are fully serviced, inspected and test ridden before sale. However, with used and electronic products, occasional issues can still arise, and when they do, we always aim to resolve matters fairly, professionally and at no cost to the customer while under warranty.

Must be the easiest and safest way to sell a bike.
Our two bikes were collected on Thursday and the money was in our account the following Tuesday.
Being able to choose a collection date was also super convenient and the carrier was careful to pack the bikes, protecting them with blankets.
Overall very good !!

Great concept and service
It was great to find a business that was excited in what they were doing whilst supplying the service you want. As a keen biker, I’ve always found it difficult to part exchange an existing bike for an upgrade. I rang Alex, he gave me a part exchange value against a bike I wanted which was very fair and once agreed the bike was delivered within 48 hours. So great service, great delivery and great price.

I got a great bike from Ebike Exchange
I got a great bike from Ebike Exchange, and for a very good price. It had done 190miles, other than some scuffs on the pedals and crank arms, it was in near perfect condition. Less than half new price. I have ridden it for a couple of weeks to check all is good, and it is. I went to the showroom to look at the bike and I was seen straight away and the bike set up for me, a couple of tweaks after a test ride, job done. Thank you, I really love the bike- Thank you.

As soon as they received the bike, they paid immediately . The whole experience was easy and I would use them again next time rather than the hassle of selling on eBay or marketplace

Went to test ride a couple of bikes. They were both well prepared and in excellent working condition. Choose one only for my wife to then buy the other one. If you want an ebike then they are worth a serious look.
