Heated jacket

Brought my wife a heated jacket for walking the dogs and she is over the moon with it. Super comfy like your own personal duvet but also lightweight and the heat setting make this her go to jacket when the weather is cooler. High quality and came with the battery pack too. Highly recommend this jacket and delivery was really quick.

So impressed

Bought a couple of tyres from ebikes and was well impressed with the service. They were so much cheaper than anyone else's tyres at that time, but despite that, they even included a pair of inner tubes at no extra cost, unbelievable... Definitely recommend. Will always try and use them for bikes and bits.

Great prices for refurbished ebikes

Great prices for refurbished ebikes. My bike was so good that my husband bought one from the site as well. Arrived in good time. Condition may not be perfect (a dent here or there) but they are refurbished and still work perfectly fine.

Horrendous experience

Following my initial glowing review of this company, I've since had to rescind this and provide a more updated review of my experience thus far.

At first things seemed okay, the bike was lovely, things went really well and delivery was prompt.

Fast forward two weeks and the pedal had completely dislodged from its socket, ripping the threading out with it, as the pedal was steel but the cranks themselves were a weaker aluminium. After asking for replacement parts in order to rectify this, I was sent a new gear wheel which had a diamond shaped slot rather than a square, meaning if I fitted this onto the bike the pedals would now be misaligned. Due to needing the bike for travelling to work, I went out of pocket to have this fixed independently.

Fast forward another month, and now the electrics seem to have stopped working entirely for the pedal-assisted feature. After being requested to send the bike back in the original box, I've had to fork out even more money to purchase a new box, as the original box was both water damaged and torn beyond repair. Nobody seems to be interested in taking ownership for an issue that happened with their chosen delivery provider.

I'm currently awaiting repair works and ideally compensation, if this can somehow be rectified maybe I can update this review to reflect the new situation; otherwise, stay away and buy elsewhere.

Non existant customer service.

SCAM COMPANY

UPDATE: it gets even worse. These scammers have taken the broken bike back but completely ignoring me. Holding my money. No refund. Complete silence.

You MUST avoid this company they ate a scam operation

The response from them below is completely fraudulent. Do not do not so not give any money to this company. You will regret it

Non existant customer service.

Delivered a non- functioning bike.(standard practice it would appear from reviews here) will only communicate via Email which takes them at least 24 hours to respond. (You also frequently get an email bounce with a message that it cant be delivered because the mailbox is full) I've asked for a refund and now they are ignoring me entirely, have not responded to any email for the last 3 days. Meanwhile I have a disappointed son and a scrap metal bike.

Not a complete scam, they do sell bikes but they have woefully inadequate customer care department. I'm sure if your bike works when it is delivered you will be happy but God forbid your bike is faulty then you will remember this review and wish you had heeded my warning - do not use this company.

I bought the Osprey Basis electric…

I bought the Osprey Basis electric folding bike last month. Communication was good with the company. I love the bike, it arrived quickly and very well wrapped. It is sturdy and I have now got used to the folding and unfolding. The only criticism I have is the lack of decent instructions in the manual. I did struggle with the vague instructions and blurry photos. Please rewrite the manual and it would definitely be a 5 star review!

Nightmare to order

ZQuick to TAKE YOUR MONEY, ignores you regarding dispatch, shipping or refunding. Once they have your money, good luck communicating with them. Totally scammed me

Ordered Friday at midnight, in order to give a full day for dispatch, no communication, website says it was dispatched 3 years before order date. Live chat kept closing the chat on me and unable to tell me any delivery date, customer service email the same. Had to cancel my order and order on Amazon. I guess this company isn't to be trusted. This was a new experience for me, not used to this type of customer avoidance and lack of service, plus rudeness just closing the chat when they have your money. Total waste of 5 days with nothing even dispatched, then told Friday isn't a working day. Honestly total nightmare, other sites offer free next day on orders before 2pm.

Thanks for your message and, we are sorry for the way you feel your order has been handled thus far.

I can see that you placed your order on Friday 14th March 2025 (today is 17th March) and as we normally ask for 2 working days to dispatch standard orders we were in the process of inspecting your bike and making it ready for dispatch (the next working day).

I can see that you have been using our instant chat service, but the system tells me that this was disconnected and not closed at our end.

I also understand that since your request to cancel your order, a refund has already been issued.

I would add that if you order a bike through Amazon, as per your emails, this bike will not be inspected before dispatch, and you will need to make sure that the gears and brakes are adjusted and that the tyres are inflated before your 1st ride. We do all these service points to ensure your bike arrives in good condition and is ready to ride out of the box. This service takes just a little longer than just giving a box to a carrier but ensures that you would have been happy with the bike from day one.

I hope that this helps explain why we ask for an extra day to ensure the quality of service and product when the ebike is delivered.

Low Quality Trash

Bought a bike here and the quality is laughable, My bike came with several issues and iam simply not happy with it and want it returned but their making it extremely difficult. I have told them again and again iam not interested in keeping this low quality bike I tried it once and it's terrible and it's like I'm going round in circles with them. This bike is simply not fit for purpose and wasn't how it was described and yet there trying to make me return it with my own money, They caused problems they should solve them by arranging collection of this big box.. Terrible company that I would avoid at all costs because when you run into a likely issue they will not help you and cause you nothing but stress. As I said terrible company, Terrible customer service and terrible quality. EDIT : THESE PEOPLE WILL NOT ACCEPT THEIR MISTAKE THEY STATE THE HANDLEBARS ONLY NEED TIGHTENING WELL THAT WAS DONE CORRECTLY AND IF I HAD TRIED THE OTHER WAY THE CABLES WERE STRETCHED AND DID NOT FIT, THIS COMPANY WILL LIE TO YOU LIKE THEY HAVE ME. ABSOLUTELY DISGISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AVOID AVOID. ALSO I WANT IT RETURNED BUT THEY ARE MAKING ME DO IT MYSELF AT MY COST WITH NO HELP FROM THE COMPANY EVEN THOUGH THIS IS THEIR FAULT. Great present

I bought an e-bike as a Christmas preent but did not expect it to arrive in time. It did arrive in time and was in excellent condition and required very little assembly. It has been used for the last month and the owner is veruy satisfied with the bike. I have had no details with the aftersales service and hence unable to make ny comments. I would recommend the company to others.

WORST AFTERCARE EVER

I brought a step through City bike from this company it broke within 4 weeks I had to send it back to them they then replaced it with a bike that had been used! but I thought fair enough I had used the other bike.
the bike they sent me has now broke the controller got soaked in the chamber it is housed in, I have tried to get a replacement part and they just say we dont have any I have tried every way to get some advice on how to get a replacement part but they have got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with for customer service there is no help just, we dont have any so go away! It takes a lot to wind me up but they have to write a review like this is not in my nature I will write this review on as many review sites as I can
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE/AFTER CARE IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER HAD

I have looked over your case and I can see that from the correspondence that we have replace this bike well outside the warranty. I also note that the replacement bike has been left out in the rain for a prolonged period of time to flood the compartment where the controller is located. We have checked our stock and we do not have the part you require and we are making contact with the factory to see if we can obtain any more if the required controller.

E bike.co.uk

Bought an e bike from Ebike.co.uk, it didn't work from the start but because it hadn't been tried straight away they would not exchange it only repair, the repair lasted one cycle ride and the same thing happened again, it's now out of warranty and nobody can repair the electrics on it and the supplier refuses to help as well even though I offered to pay for the repair so it's totally useless and still practically brand new, it's the electric part that isn't kicking in so be very wary before buying from this company
To reply to E bikes response, I have tried 4 bike shops and nobody will touch it as the parts are from China, I have had to sell my husbands bike as a normal bike as he has arthritis and can't manage without the electrics, I also bought a second bike and the same has happened to that one, I would be happy to find someone to repair it

Our bikes come with either a one year warranty or a 6 month warranty depending on whether you buy new or refurbished bikes.
We do not offer an out of warranty repair service, we can only advise the parts that you would need for the repair as well as the manufacturer's details.
We have advised that the sensor disk for the bike may have moved away from the sensor, as well as we have suggested alternative things to try to determine the problem. We have suggested to contact local bike shops as they should have the skills and equipment needed to repair your bike.

Easier getting blood out of a stone than a refund

Customer service horrendous trying to cancel an order and get a refund is a chore it has been 2 weeks since I wrote an email requesting a refund I have received an 'invoice' that it has been processed but nothing into my account this was due to the delivery taking way too long (website says 2-3 working days CS say 3-5 I was on WEEK 3 when I tried to cancel) and the only excuse they could give me was they are moving warehouses...avoid company at all costs unless you want to depart with your money and recieve nothing.

AWFUL

This company has the most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely unhelpful and completely rude and condescending. Do not buy from them if you would like any help following your purchase.
