Received my Dusk Tankard today only 3-4 days after ordering . Not sure what the point of the bag is but I guess it’s a nice touch for delivery . However I’m now on my third pint from it and really like it . It’s big and chunky and well made but not heavy . It’ll probably end up hanging in my local pub so I don’t have to remember to take it with me where I’m sure it will receive many compliments .

My phone autofilled the wrong email address (my fault) so when I didn’t get a confirmation I got in touch and they instantly corrected everything and the item was sent very quickly.

Received my Chuug today. Fast postage, beautifully made. I love it!!!!

It took a little longer than expected to arrive, but I was not disappointed with how beautiful it looked. Sadly, it is quite impractical for an actual beer mug. The rope is too tight, making it hard to hold (for big hands at least), and the metal does not get close enough to the lip of the edge to make drinking practical.

An expensive paperweight/gimmick.

The mug I ordered became unstuck at the bottom and started leaking after only two uses and one wash which was washed carefully without submerging it. I have tried several times to contact the store to rectify this problem and have had no response to either the emails or the chat on there website. Very disappointing when I paid a lot of money for this item and now my partner is unable to use it. Would not recommend this store as no customer service seems to be running

I ordered a “midnight” Chuug tankard as a gift for a dear friend. It arrived within 2 days of ordering ! Fantastic ! The lettering on my 1984 Slate Coaster received via Amazon is dull. The original advert showed it as a CLEARER WHITE but my item received was a DULL GREY.

What a fabulous company and the product (Chuug) was fantastic I bought these as gifts and the people love them. Would definitely recommend them 100% shame I can’t post a pic of it in the review.
Also you get a tracking number which is helpful so you know when it is going to arrive.
So if you love quirky things like this what are you waiting for go and buy them.
Definitely use them again.

Excellent service and lovely product

Beautifully crafted. This is the second memory box I have bought from this company and I’m very happy with the quality of the box and design :)

Ordered on the 24 feb Ordered 2 jugs and was told they would be delayed had an e mail on the expected delivery date to say they are delayed again by 2 weeks. Which would be around the 24th March Cancelled the order. Poor planning on behalf of the company.

Unfortunately the engraving isn’t a lovely even grey colour, as pictured. Mine arrived an uneven blue/grey which makes it look cheap. Apparently this is how it can be, the finish varies from item to item.
