These mugs are awesome. They not only look great but they keep your drinks colder longer. Easy to clean. The only thing that needs work is their tracking updates on shipping but other than that I am super happy with my purchase.

Bought for our 10year anniversary as a gift and it’s amazing! He absolutely loves it. The rope handle is great and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Customer service is next to none deserves to have a 6/5 it’s that good.

Purchased a Chugg mug for my dad as a Father's Day gift. I have yet to see it, since he lives 3 states away, but he adores it and has said it is the coolest mug he has ever seen. I totally believe him! Chugg representatives kept me updated with every step of the process. I had a great experience, and am super excited to see the mug in person. A++ company

Absolutely beautifully crafted with packaging making a quality presentation. Love the Langman made 3S HEMPEX rope handle, which our company is a US distributor here in the states. Just the handle choice alone speaks volumes to the thought put into this product. My two sons will be ordering they’s soon.

Just received my two mugs-one for myself and one for my son. They are even more beautiful in person than in the images. They arrived quickly, packaging was well done, and I can't wait to start our new ritual of enjoying a cold pint together. If you're a fan of a strong pour of your pint, I love the fact that the size of the vessel accounts for holding the lovely foamy head in one pour instead of a standard pint glass, where you have to wait to finish off the can after the initial pour. Outstanding!

This was sent to my son as a birthday gift, I didn’t see it personally but he sent me a picture. It looked beautiful and was exactly as I pictured it and wanted it to look like! He said it was great so I’m going to say Great Job!!

My tankard arrived looking like it had taken a bit of a beating in transit, so I reached out to customer support. They replied quickly, were genuinely helpful, and immediately offered a replacement with no hassle at all.

The tankard itself is fantastic — solid, beautifully made, and exactly the kind of quality you hope for when you order something a bit special.

Really like these, recently bought two, nice and chunky. So far, so good.

So credit where credit is due i purchased two chuugs process, discount and delivery was spot on. One was fantastic as expected and unfortunately one had slight surface damage near the handle. I reached out to the chuug team and they immediately helped me resolve by sending a replacement. Now down to the chuug itself hell of a alternative to a pint glass, the handle is good feeling in grip, very sturdy and surface is free of sharp edges just as advised a gentle wipe of the wood itself is all it needs the inside just twists out on an effortlessly smooth thread to be washed. I would recommend for the ultimate uk made stein style👌

Well when glueing the initials shoukld be straight not tilted.

The quality of the Chuug is exceptional, from the wood, to the handle it is so well made. It keeps your drinks cool or hot is a good size, and honestly it is such a great product. It is well priced for what it is and I am so pleased that I bought it.

Received the purchase in a timely manner. Beautifully wrapped and can see good craftsmanship but let down by the simplest of thing. Why o why when you are putting an embossed symbol into a mug you do not make sure that it is the same on each side. I think this lack of attention for detail lets down what is clearly a lovely product. :( Hopefully the receiver won't notice it. UPDATE: Chuug were so responsive and could not do more to assist. Owned the issue and did offer a replacement but unfortunately due to the fact it was a gift for an occassion couldn't guarantee delivery in time. Could not fault their customer service so upgrading from a 4* to a 5*.

My husband was initially very happy with his Chugg. U fortunately the metal insert isn’t quite aligned with the wood so that there is a wooden ‘lip’ round the metal that makes it a bit odd to use and not a smooth experience to drink from. (The metal was securely screwed in place). It looks nice on the shelf but he’s not sure he’ll use it again, which is a shame because we were going to buy a few more.

I received this tankard as an anniversary gift and I absolutely love it.
It’s superbly made and made for a man!!
Keep your beer cold to the last drop.
