Forth time I have purchased this beautiful baby keepsake box. They are gifts for all my nieces and nephew when they are born! They are such a lovely personalised gift, which is always gratefully received. Fantastic product and great seller. Absolutely no hesitation recommending the seller and product to anyone. Perfect 10/10.

Highly recommend
Very helpful customer service...wanted the size of the wording changed and they were happy to accommodate this request.
Delivered quickly and packaged well, so no damage to items.
Definitely recommend and would use again.

Two keychains arrived broken
Two keychains arrived broken, the metal clasps simply fell off in the envelope. They are unusable.

Poor communication
Poor communication. I paid for & ordered 4 items. One arrived. I left a voicemail then sent them an email with NIL response. A week later the other 3 items arrived.

I am sorry to hear of our error with your order. I can see that you had phoned us while our workshop had been closed over the weekend and had then sent us an email on the 16th September at 1:17pm explaining the issue.
We had responded to your email on the 17th September at 10:09am to apologise for the error with your order and to advise that we had arranged for replacements to be created and dispatched from our workshop that same day.
I am pleased to hear that the replacements arrived safely.

The item I ordered surpassed expectations
The item I ordered arrived very quickly after order was placed, and it surpassed my expectations. I had entered the wording I wanted used on the planter I ordered, but not the actual font to be used, and the team did a great job selecting one that reflected the meaning or the words. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Disappointed
Disappointed. Where is my nice Blue gift bag? I received an insipid beige colour one that is not shown in the pictures on the website? The wood mug itself is nice however, one of the metal coins is slightly marked, so it feels mass produced and not as luxury as the website portrays. I won't be ordering anymore as gifts for £60!

A long disappointing wait.
I waited a month to receive it which was then delivered by Evri, who had the gaul to place a sticker on the box indicating next day delivery!!!
Granted it's a very attractive item however, the rope handle isn't large enough to hold properly.
I'm a little disappointed to be honest.

Great gift
Bought as a gift for my Dad's birthday, good price for the quality, a really lovely thing! It arrived quicker than expected as well. My partner had his eye on it so have had to order him one as well!
