1 was a pair of shoes I asked for men’s - I got delivered women’s. Some miscommunication in Exchange and refund codes. Ultimately I got my money back but not the trainers I wanted.

Firstly, we want to apologise again for the initial packing error where the incorrect pair was sent. While mistakes can occasionally happen, we completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially on your first order.
To clarify the sequence of events: once you contacted us about the issue, we asked for photos to confirm the error, which you kindly provided. We then advised submitting an exchange request through our exchange portal so we could send the correct pair of trainers.
However, a return for refund was submitted through the returns portal instead, which automatically placed the item into the refund process rather than an exchange. Once the parcel was sent back under that request, we processed the refund as requested.
Since then, we have continued the conversation with you via email and have offered to:
-Refund your return postage cost as you somehow sent it back at your own cost when we offer free return labels
-Provide a 15% discount if you would still like to order the trainers you originally wanted
-Personally ensure the replacement pair is triple-checked by our warehouse team before dispatch
We followed up again but haven’t yet received a reply. Our offer still stands and we would genuinely love to get the trainers to you and turn this experience around.
Thank you again for supporting a small business and for your feedback, which helps us improve our processes.

Amazing shoes
I went everywhere to find a pair of size 13 wedding shoes for my wedding. I struggled due to it being a big size, I looked at all the upper their brands by tradition and found them nice but so expensive. I then found, D + D, the shoes are amazing and better looking and definitely amazing value. I'm so happy.

I am “over the moon” with my Duke and Dexter experience. I recently ordered the women’s snakeskin sneakers. I will be traveling extensively starting this spring and wanted a stylish, low profile show that was comfortable and would easily transition from day to night. This shoe checked all the boxes! I had questions before my order and the company sales representative responded promptly. And the shoes were delivered within a few days. I am now a Duke and Dexter fan and will definitely be a repeat customer!

I never compromise style for quality
That’s why I love D&D so much! I never have to! I have several items, clothing and shoes. Consistently at the top of both of those games.
Most recently my black suede vine mules. I unwrapped them, took them out of the box and put them on my feet where they remain, indefinitely. Gorgeous, built-to-last and surprisingly comfy. Thanks D&D
