Great shoe and customer service
The Ezra loafers are very comfortable. Took me a few tries to get the right size but Chloe and Sophie were extremely quick at getting me what I needed to make the exchange.
The pleats are more prominent on one shoe compared to the other, but that's not a problem to me. Would definitely order again.
