My order had some unexpected complications, despite this, the service team made sure to keep me updated and messages me along the way. relatively fast delivery even with the delay. The loafers themselves are a work of art (I got the kiss penny loafers) they're elegant, quality and seemingly built to last. Artwork itself is amazing and detailed, it's really great and elegantly designed. overall, I've had an amazing experience with the company and will probably buy from again in the future, their products are really nice looking.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the sizing hasn’t worked out for you.
As soon as we saw your review, we reached out via email as we’d genuinely love to help get this resolved. We explained that the leather will naturally soften and stretch to mould to your foot if they feel slightly snug. Alternatively, we suggested trying the size up again with an insole for a better fit.
It’s been a few days and we haven’t heard back yet, but we’re still very keen to find a solution so your shoes aren’t sitting in the box. Please do get back to us.

Overall Great Experience
I had a great experience with Duke + Dexter. This was my first purchase from the brand, and the Chestnut Ezra loafers did not disappoint.
I typically wear a 10–10.5 and have a wide foot. When I reached out to customer support for sizing advice, their team responded quickly and recommended going with the 10. The loafers were out of stock at the time, but they immediately added me to the wishlist and notified me as soon as my size became available.
Shipping was fast, and the team was incredibly responsive, even helping apply the 10% discount I missed because I placed my order quickly after the restock.
As for the shoes themselves, they’re very comfortable. They were slightly snug on the first day, but the soft leather made the break-in period easy. After a day or so of wear, they stretched slightly and now fit great. The chestnut color is a bit darker in person, but as someone who avoids all-black shoes, I actually appreciate that; it makes them a versatile addition to my closet.
I’ve only been wearing them for about a week, so I can’t speak to long-term durability yet, but so far they seem like an excellent everyday loafer.

Red “duke” cap- love it!
Ordered the red Duke cap after seeing someone wear it on tiktok- I love it! It arrived well packaged and the quality is great! So impressed! I only have a petite head and it still fits me with the adjustments!
