An absolute disgrace
For a pair that costs €220, it arrived in a simple plastic bag with the shoebox completely damaged and crushed. An absolute disgrace, and no financial compensation whatsoever !!!

For transparency, all orders are shipped in protective outer packaging to prevent damage in transit. In cases where damage does occur during delivery, we are always happy to step in -whether that’s arranging a replacement, offering a resolution, or assisting further once we’ve reviewed the details.

My first pair of Duke and Dexter loafers. Really wanted a pair of ruched loafers, although the ruching isn’t as pronounced as some other brands, they are super soft, true to size and can be dressed up and down. Love love love them. Delivery was relatively quick considering I ordered just before the weekend
