GREAT service
Prompt service. Initially I ordered the bare tool. Next day I changed my mind & arranged to pay the extra for the full tool, battery & charger . DTW retrieved my original order from despatch and substituted it with the full kit as per my revised order. Received it the next working day.

This is my second big purchase from DWT T&M…
Having purchased a Stihl battery roller lawnmower from DWT T&M Ltd with which was a flawless purchase with product arriving within delivery time and and well packaged, I decided to buy the Stihl Scarifier from them too. Once again it was flawless from buying to delivery. DTW is now my go to company for any future gardening equipment. Also, there were the best price for each item, even better that going direct to Stihl.

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. Order didn't arrive in a week so phoned and they said they'd look into it and phone me the next morning. They lost one star because I had to phone them, but they sorted out the problem- parcel was in a hub somewhere, so they resent the order next day delivery and substituted a packet of 10 blades that was not in stock with a larger packet. Really pleased that order was delivered the next day
