Patient, polite, professional
I had a struggle making the payment so i rang them, didn't take long for someone to answer. He could see there was a problem with the system. We went through it and finally payment accepted. Very efficient & patient young man. Next day I received a call, probably the reason behind my payment not being accepted. Someone else was also buying the same item & the last in stock at the same time. Not a problem, they asked if they could order another & ship it direct but would take a bit longer to arrive. All went to plan smoothly, I've not had this experience in a long time. Nothing was a problem, I wasn't a problem and will definitely use them again if I need anything. Highly recommended company.

Good product and price but poor delivery
Product was fine and as ordered but don’t pay extra for next day delivery, I did but it took 4 days to arrive. *update -following prompt response from company and refund of next day delivery charge I am happy to upgrade my rating to 5* and based on this experience I would use this company again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that the product was as expected, but we’re very sorry about the delay with your delivery.
Your order was dispatched by us on time using APC’s next-day service. Unfortunately, the APC depot local to you failed to process and dispatch the parcel within the expected timeframe, which resulted in the delay.
We completely understand your disappointment, particularly as you paid extra for next-day delivery. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and have refunded the additional next-day delivery charge.
Thank you for your understanding, and please accept our apologies again for the delay.
