Me and my friends ordered clothes at the same time. He’s arrived in 5 days mine is still yet to be shipped to evri. It’s been over a week. No way of contacting them. My order number is #DR926649. If someone could give me how they contacted them I’d appreciate it massively

Please purchase from somewhere else, they won't send the items and simply offer you store credit as compensation. AVOID.

If I could leave zero I would. Copy of my email that they don’t even monitor attached.
How has this taken 9 days to process?

These were Birthday presents for my son’s 30th today. I had to drive 20 miles after work last night to drop an Amazon voucher instead. Very poor show.

And I still don’t have it yet.

This was my second purchase, bad enough you charge £6 delivery when others manage almost next day free.

There won’t be a third order.

Ordered items from their website order no. DR923062 and have had 0 contact from them, their live chat and contact us link on the website doesn't work, the email they tell you to email in the order autoresponder comes back with a reply saying unmonitored.

No telephone number nothing, terrible

Ordered from their site on the 10th April and still not received any goods, money has been taken from account. tried to contact them via email and chat but nothing apart from stupid AI MESSAGES

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM Durids Golf. Some of the items I ordered have arrived the rest are missing. There is no way to contact the company including the 'live chat' feature which appears to have been turned off on the website. The sizing of the items I have received is terrible and I need to return them but it is impossible to do this or even sort out an exchange. Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible customer services and shouldn’t be allowing new orders if they can’t fulfil the existing ones.

Ordered on 10th April and received an order confirmation. 2-3 day delivery selected yet no updates from the date of order to 23rd April.

Marketing team are pushing email offers regularly but have no mechanism to respond to existing orders, shocking service.

No contact email, no contact number and the automated functions on the website do not work. Would avoid at all costs. Will have to request a refund via my bank.

Ordered 3 items, paid extra for 1- 2 day delivery. 2 of the items arrived 15 days after my order was received, still waiting for the 3rd item nearly a month on! No response from the customer service. Will never use this company again.

do not buy from these people i ordered 3 polo shirts that never arrived and they will not reply to any Emails the only number i could find was a mobile number so that says it all nothing but thieves say clear

Following on from my previous review, still no sign on delivery, I have tried to contact them , only to be told we have switched our machinery which has caused problems. Why are you still advertising 2/3 delv then? An absolute joke of a company,avoid at all costs .

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts&polo shirt&can't believe this company,it had decent quality golf wear until lately,the yellow golf shorts I ordered had black pockets that show through the fabric & the blue pair of shorts had wonky writing on the back!! Absolute disgrace&very shoddy considering price paid. I actually bought these for a golfing holiday but was to ashamed to take them as they looked like the quality of the items was bought from shein or temu etc. I ended up buying puma golf shorts of mandm sports costing the same but are of a very high quality!! What are you doing with your company druids golf! You had a good foundation for a good brand,but its obvious your turfing rubbish quality goods out to customers! I won't be purchasing any items off you again after what I have received,shame as I gave you a 2nd chance after a bad quality hoodie I bought off you a year ago thinking it was a one off bad experience!!

I had to give 1 star because there wasn't a way to give less. Ordered from this company before and it was brilliant. This time they've taken my money, took 2 weeks to arrive after been quoted 2 to 3 days. I am a regular 2xl with druids in the past. Out of this delivery only 1 fits and the other polo's i can't get over my head. They all state 2xl. All wrongly sized. Druids won't even answer any email I've sent. Money down the drain. WHAT A MASSIVE CON. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

Ordered some polo shirts 15/04/25 after 2 days no correspondence from them only that they have took the money from my account got a order number but when chase with it the company says the number cannot be found tried to contact them but only get automated reply's absolute rubbish customer service no phone number no live chat will wait till after holidays and then get in touch with ny bank

Don't waste your time and money took weeks for my order and only received Part of the order only to spend time sending emails as to what's happening then all of a sudden I am ihave a online gift card NO REFUND OFFERED then the gift card CAN'T BE USED a total RIP OFF let's all get together and inform WATCH DOG/RIP OF BRITAIN as they very interested in this situation

Two of the buttons are cracked (one is completely broken off), and the other is completely missing. Their live chat doesn't work (no place to actually write the message, only the FAQ section, and their contact button doesn't either. Tried to send a message over Facebook & Instagram - get the warning that the account can non longer receive messages. I clicked the return policy and it wants to charge me €9.99 to just send it back. Surely this isn't right, the product itself was only €25. What am I meant to do when I can't contact them through their website, email, or Instagram? It's been a really poor experience, and I don't think I will be using them again. I spent €2.403,99 on a full society order in 2020 and the sizes were messed up, and now this. Poor from Druids. The order number was - #DR898936 - in case they want to claim this isn't genuine.

UPDATED(from 1 star to 5 stars): After I was able to get in contact via the response below) they provided a solution that I am very happy with and I will be using them again as the other items that I ordered were good quality and fit.

What a dreadful experience. Order placed 19 days ago and I paid for quick delivery. Part delivered after about a week and no way of tracking the missing and final item though they say its on the way. No way of contacting the company apart from a chat bot that doesn't respond. Such a shame because the stuff is good quality and value but the customer service is completely non existent. ALL BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE

Ordered a polo & shorts in the same order. Both items apparently sent out separately on same day, Polo turned up a week later, shorts may come by Christmas, in fact the tracking says I’ve only paid for the polo & nothing for the shorts. My guess is they have ran out of stock but I’ve not been refunded for the shorts. Cracking gear they sell can’t fault that but the service is a disgrace & can only imagine they’ll lose custom of 100’s if not thousands soon, shame. Sort it out druids stop running the company on a shoe string & get the right technology. At the very least sort a great contact service out.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Must be overseas as only reply in 3 days on fb messenger and during the night hours. Products are great but I’ve had a missing item. A second delivery not arrived in 4 weeks and bot customer service responses, with no response to emails and no way to contact or speak to anyone. Great marketing without the back up of the service or basic expectations being met. 2-3 days is just simply a lie in my experience. Empty promises and no offer to rectify or even cover return costs due to their errors. Real let down.

Ordered Thursday 10th no confirmation no reply from customer service oh wait, funds paid took 6 days to say shipped yet evri still not received parcel then they say if cancel you pay them £25 , joke of a company and customer service non existent avoid like plague
