Your customer service is rubbish.
I’ve been dealing with someone for seven days and so far I am no further forward, complete waste of time.
I would give no stars but it wouldn’t let me!!
Get your act together.

Has anyone managed to contact this company by phone? Well I tried for days with the same recorded message so I tried the email route and waited days for a response which I finally received. Now the problem stems from wrong size of garment and there online return portal asks if you want a refund or an exchange and I wanted an exchange oh no they gave me a store card which didn’t cover the amount that I paid them. So I asked them why and the response was that’s the amount you paid, nonsense I said where is the vat that I paid you their answer was oh we don’t refund vat oh don’t you so I looked up my consumer rights and lo and behold they must refund your vat payment and it’s up to them to get it back from Mr Taxman, so please be very aware of this company as I find they are not trustworthy in any way

Customer service non existent.
And they harass you with sales texts non stop just because I ordered an item they think they have the right to send texts.
I never signed up for marketing and texts and trying to stop these was awful. I unsubscribed even tho I did not subscribe but the texts kept coming.
I will NEVER shop at Druids again.

Vorsicht vor diesem Shop! Ich habe (zum Glück) nur zwei Hosen bestellt. 10€ Versand! (wg. UK?) Eine der Hosen passt überhaupt nicht. Die beine sind viel zu eng geschnitten, die zweite Hose ist OK, aber auch nicht so, wie ich sie erwartet hätte. In der return-Portal komme ich nicht, da die Hosen noch immer als "nicht zugestellt" erscheine - auch ein Weg Kunden zu täuschen.

Leider sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice.

Ich habe für meinen 11-jährigen Sohn, der in einem Monat 12 wird, Kinderartikel in der Grösse 12/14 bestellt. Er ist rund 150 cm gross und normal gebaut. Sowohl die Shorts als auch der Gürtel waren deutlich zu klein.

Ich habe den Fall ausführlich dokumentiert, Fotos geschickt, die Artikel vermessen und sogar die Druids-Grössentabelle mit allgemeinen Referenzwerten sowie der Grössentabelle einer bekannten Sportmarke verglichen. Dabei zeigte sich, dass die von Druids als 12/14 angebotene Bundweite eher Grössen entspricht, die andere Marken deutlich jüngeren Kindern zuordnen.

Trotzdem wurde auf die konkreten Punkte kaum eingegangen. Statt einer pragmatischen Lösung erhielt ich wiederholt Standardantworten und sollte die Artikel auf eigene Kosten retournieren, obwohl ich langjähriger Kunde war und bereits mehrfach bei Druids bestellt hatte.

Besonders enttäuschend war, dass zunächst eine bessere Lösung in Aussicht gestellt wurde, sofern ich Fotos und Messungen einreiche. Nachdem ich genau das getan hatte, wurde dennoch lediglich auf die Standard-Retourenabwicklung verwiesen.

Für zwei vergleichsweise geringwertige Artikel hätte ich von einem kundenorientierten Unternehmen eine unkomplizierte Kulanzlösung erwartet. Stattdessen entstand ein unverhältnismässig grosser Aufwand, ohne dass meine Argumente wirklich geprüft wurden.

Für mich war das die letzte Bestellung bei Druids.

Bought items from DRUIDS, whilst the quality is ok, their sizing is a little off. You pay for delivery, then have to pay another £6.99 to send back for exchange of item for different size! Tried speaking to them about their sizing being off, but no joy! So just be aware of this additional charge when buying.

Awful company, do not buy from them.
Instead of sending a refund back to my account, they sent you a credit note to spend on the website.
When asked for refund, they said they will process. After waiting a week, I have had to contact them again and finally they are saying I will receive.
I will definitely not be purchasing from this site again as their refund process is slow and they are trying to dodge giving a refund back.

Be very careful with Druids Golf. They made a massive mistake in my order by shipping incorrect sizes. When I contacted customer service, they admitted their fault and PROMISED ME IN WRITING (in two different emails) that if I shipped the items back and provided the postage receipt, they would fully refund both the products (€147.99) and the international return shipping cost (€30.15).
The package was successfully delivered to their warehouse on May 12th. As soon as they got the clothes back, they partially refunded the items but completely refused to pay the €30.15 return shipping and the €10.99 original delivery fee, suddenly claiming an "internal policy" that completely contradicts their previous written promises. They are trying to scam me out of €41.14 because of a mistake made entirely by their own team.
They have zero word and their business practices are deceitful. I have already initiated a formal chargeback dispute through my bank (Santander) providing all the screenshots of their promises. Terrible customer service. Avoid them at all costs!

When I received my items they were poor quality and a bad fit. I returned them in original packaging and unworn within 14 day limit but w
as only given a Store Credit which I did not want. Several emails were ignored until I quoted a Consumer rights act and threatened further action. Online companies must give a cash refund if goods are returned in original packaging, unworn and within certain timescale (certain exceptions apply). Surprisingly the next day I had a refund onto my payment card. Very poor customer service and I will not buy from them again

Once again my experience of returning an item to this company has proved a nightmare. I was as usual unable to use their website returns because it couldn’t find my order so I was advised by Druids to post the item to them at my expense of course with a note inside explaining that the item size was too large and could they replace with a smaller size. That was two weeks ago, heard nothing, received nothing. Don’t buy from this company it’s always a nightmare if you want to make a return

Abysmal!!!!

Ordered a kids jacket, received the wrong item 3 times. A month from ordering and despite having sent the wrong items back each time, I am still awaiting my refund.

Rude & utterly unhelpful customer service.

Saw a reduced golf shirt - nice colour, my size available. Postage cost was over 50% of the cost of the shirt itself (posting to N Ireland!!)
No point reducing the merchandise & then ripping customers off with postage!!

TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE! I recently used Druids for the first time to buy a white polo top and red mid layer for a special event at our club which requested specific team colours.
The red dye from the midlayer leaked all over the polo shirt and also my golf trousers (which were NOT from Druids). The items are now ruined. Druids say that this is not a fault and will not refund.
Cheap RUBBISH and TERRIBLE customer service! (No wonder there rating is so low - wish I had checked beforehand!)

Poor quality trousers arrived were not great quality and the zip broke whilst trying on I contacted them they sent a replacement jogger type but again with a zip size 12 same as the others but were way too small. Made contact sent photos back and forward after even paying additional postage as they don't post to the channel islands would recommend them on any level.

Sizing of items is a joke. No way to return.

I ordered a golf waterproof jacket on 2 February and still have not received 😡

I’ve ordered from druids a few times I honestly do not know where they get their sizing from
Previous orders have been a bit long in the arms but this last order and it will be my very last purchase with this company was a joke the arms on the jacket are about 4 inches to long the body is fine but the arm length is ridiculous.
You can send it back I hear their customer service saying!!!
Well yes at a cost to me and in the hope it doesn’t end up in the Druid oblivion
So it’s now going to cost me probably as much as the jacket to have the arms altered.
I now realise why there is no PayPal option otherwise they would have tons of send backs.
All the golfers at my club have had bad experiences with this company and refuse to make further purchases from them as I will be the same.

Lucky to get 1 star, I last ordered from Druids last year and service was abysmal. Delays in delivery, zero customer service, no way to get a response or talk to anyone. In the hope it was a one off, more fool me, I ordered again. Same again, no sign of my order, left banging my head against a brick wall trying to sort it. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
