Still awaiting refund from goods they received back on the 28th April. No reply to email sent, no way to contact customer service, live chat turned off, no way to contact them. I seriously doubt anyone should deal with this company.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My son bought items from Druids Golf and returned them. 3 weeks later and no confirmation that they have received despite him sending 2 emails with the return receipt and no refund.
Do not buy from this company.
Nothing but lies
After reaching out regarding an unfulfilled order, I had a reply saying a new system had caused issues.
Had another email to say that my items would be sent 2 weeks ago or at the latest last week.
Low and behold the order is still unfulfilled.
Their "live chat" takes a minimum of 3 days for them to reply.
Emails sent to the address they advised me to send to remain unanswered, probably due to a backlog of complaints.
If the order isn't sent in the next couple of working days I may have no alternative but to take them to court.
My order was for over £100 and paid for 2/3 day delivery. Absolute joke.
Non receipt of goods
Ordered golf joggers taken money from my card saying the ordered is fulfilled not received the goods!!! Impossible to contact - going to Edinburgh Trading Standard .- it’s theft!!!!
Mixed opinion of them
Placed my order in mid April and although it took longer than expected, it did arrive and everything was as requested.
The issues they have are that they seem to not be able to keep up with orders during peak times (the start of peak golf season for example) and that their chat page doesn’t work - possibly deliberately based on their service levels.
I like their stuff, it is very well priced but they need to do so much better in terms of customer service, communication and delivery times.
What a shambles
What a shambles this customer service is, ordered an item and paid £8 for 1-2 days delivery, it’s nearly 2 weeks later and still not heard anything about it being dispatched! Just getting the same old tosh from an email I received saying that the order was now down as ‘urgent’ to get sent the next morning. Tried the live chat, says typically replies within an hour… 18 hours later still no reply. Would not recommend at all
Atrocious customer services
After ordering an item on 1/2/25 I was sent the wrong item. With great difficulty I eventually made contact. With very little success I gave up and kept the item. On 13/4/25 I made another purchase, order no. DR 908268. I am still awaiting this being delivered almost 1 month later even though payment has been taken. Order update shows in preparation. I’ve once again tried to contact the company and I am now directed to a live chat which no one ever responds too. The treatment from this company to its customers is diabolical. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star but be assured if zero was available I would have selected it.

Druids golf worst company around!
Zero contact from druids at all, live chat doesn’t exist, I needed to amend my two orders with them and zero response.
I then cancelled the orders via all emails possible and Daniel. Plus via their socials…still zero contact.
I have never ever come across a worse company and customer service. I hear good things about the products, when they arrive…
Cancel an order, zero replies, no updates, finally after 10 emails. Multiple messages on Facebook as their instagram isn’t accepting messages and one of their emails isn’t monitored.
Finally get a response from Facebook apologising and letting me know they’re looking into the problem and will come back to me via my email sent…since that message still zero response.
If you want to throw your money away I’d suggested setting it on fire as that would be more appealing that trying to deal with this ghost company.

This Company doesn’t even deserve a one star but couldn’t write this without clicking it. Order placed on 17th April for 8 items, two items arrived a few days later, since then nothing. I have tried to phone them on their customer service number of 07749 174182 but every time, no matter what time you try, hours of opening apparently are 08:30-16:30, you get an answer machine which asks you to leave a message or to email them on their tickets email (sorry was not allowed to enter full email address)I have left several voicemail messages and sent two emails to which I have had ZERO response.
Apparently there is also a live chat, THERE IS NOT!!!!! You can enter your order number in a chat box to get a generic response that tells you nothing on your order.
This is our second order from Druids, first one we had no problems with and did not need to return anything so no need to contact them which is just as well as would still probably be waiting to speak to someone 2 months later.

This company is absolutely shocking and that’s putting it mildly. On completion of this review I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel payment and will not be ordering from them again 😡
Ordered 2 pairs of Clima shorts
Ordered 2 pairs of Clima shorts, but no invoice or PO...after 10days to deliver they are too tight ...asked for a refund via email. No reply on contact from the company.
Website says you will receive credit note. Thats no good to me when I want a full refund to buy elsewhere. Thats if I ever get a refund.

Ordered ambassador pack on the 18 th april paid for delivery . Order confirmation saying they will inform me on dispatch. This was for my sons bday 1st of May. Sent multiple emails some to tickets some to guessing a line manager that they give you the email of . No response whatsoever. Go on there druids Web site and it says unforfilled go on customer service live chat just shows a waving hand . Go on search order doesn't exist . This company used to be really good but not anymore . No way of contacting anyone as they don't give you a contact number . Reviews on here are shocking all mostly one star even then some say they didn't want to give one star . Will never use again had to contact credit card company that have said they will contact druids themselves. But had a refund off them . So many not lucky enough to get a refund . When you create a ticket you get a email that says someone will reply within 24 hours that's was 26 hours ago . Not holding my breath . How's this company gone that bad . Wise I could give no stars . But this company will fold due to poor customer services. People pay extra to have it delivered quickly and promptly not find out from several reviews that we won't receive item n lucky yo receive money back . Shocking
Still waiting for my order!
Still waiting for my order. There is no way of contacting customer support. The live chat function does not work and you can’t contact them through socials. You also can’t email them, despite it saying on the order confirmation, “If you have any questions, reply to this email” I really like the quality of druids but not being able to contact anyone is extremely frustrating!
Never use them again
I need to return items - no paperwork came with order. Their 'returns portal' is not working. I've sent several emails without any replies. I am about to contact my credit card company to get them to seek a refund.

Order Number DR904426 I ordered items on the 12th April in time for my husbands birthday on the 1st MAY, I am still waiting for these but they have taken the money out of my bank which I will be doing a chargeback via my bank. Disgusting that there is no telephone number to contact them on or chat line or email address, I even checked my order status which showed my order as incomplete and to press the track your parcel which I did and it took me to the shopping page! companies should not be allowed to set up unless they offer this feature which allows us the customer to contact them. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE will never use them again and I will be passing on this info on social media and other platforms to get the message across!!!!!
Unable to contact
After finally getting my delivery 2 weeks after the original expected delivery date needed to return a couple of items. Got the label through from Druids no problem however since then no contact.
No way of getting in touch with them as the chat on the website must be disabled as looking at the reviews on here they must be too scared to open it up.
An update 030525 - Finally managed to contact the customer service team and they sent through a gift card for the refund. At this stage dealing with Druids rather unsurprisingly it doesn't work so back on the never ending treadmill of trying to get it sorted.
