I have just received another email 18th April offering me another credit note that they are calling a refund. The credit note is for something called GiftKart?? Who knows??

Same as other reviews.. ordered 26 March, it's now 15 April and nothing has been shipped / received. Got a refund of the delivery cost with a struggle, but getting the same old messages of 'warehouse delays' when I press for an answer on delivery. To make matters worse they were advertising 'Guaranteed delivery for the weekend' last Wednesday when I was already waiting two weeks for an order. The lack of a solid response is frustrating.

No delivery, no refund! In breach of Consumer Rights Act
In breach of Consumer Rights Act! 6 Items ordered on 23rd March, no delivery at all for over 2 weeks, then 3 of the 6 items delivered. Druids are now saying other items are out of stock despite still showing as available on website. I have raised a formal complaint and despite apologising for the missing items they are only offering a credit note for 2 of 3 not shipped items, and no refund. This is in breach of Consumer Rights Act not to offer the money back.
Over 2 weeks for delivery
I placed an order on the 1st April and still haven’t received the order (now 14th April). I tried contacting their customer service support which is awful, there’s nobody to speak to, it was just an online chat which went on for over an hour. The order is now with Evri but I’ve had correspondence with apology from the company, when they emailed back finally they just blamed a new system, just really bad service and I won’t use them again.

After several chase emails and several apologies about a new system affecting delivery, sorry sorry sorry, then told me after 5 days that it’s out of stock so refunded £9.99 credit note…..WHAT ABOUT the POSTAGE CHARGE of £5.99 I am sure trading standards will help me.

I made an order on the 27th of March for a birthday present. I still haven’t received this item, and there’s no way of contacting them, they promised it would be sent out this week but we still haven’t received order or an update, we paid £5.99 for postage, this is so disappointing!!!!

My order for 8 team golf shirts was accepted and paid for on 25/03/25. delivery date 2-3 days.
On 9/4/25 3 shirts turned up. So 5 outstanding???
You cant ring these cowboys and they take an eternity to acknowledge an email. Still no explanation as to where the 5 other shirts I have paid for are.

Seems I should have looked at reviews for delivery timing - seems woeful ! They charge you $40 with Supposed 3 day UPS delivery .. order is still unfulfilled a week later! Think have come up with some Dtory about changing over systems and will rectify! What a load of crap… have asked to cancel order and for a refund given it is still unfulfilled ! Guess what Radio Silence!!! Based on the reviews I’ve read it is common place re delivery or lack thereof!
Regretting getting sucked in by their marketing! You’d think given the cost of delivery it would be expedited quickly and efficiently!

Product I bought was fine but ever since I have been bombarded by emails and text messages. I have stopped the emails but can find no way of stopping the text messages . Do not buy from this company for this reason.

Disgusting & Disrepectful level of customer service. I placed an order Monday 24/3/25 on the proviso my order would take 2/3 days. At no point during the transaction or in the days following, was I advised they had system issues and couldn’t fulfill my order to their timeframe. When I chatted this evening on the messenger service, I was informed a Team Manager would call me shortly or within the working hour. Nothing, absolutely nothing. No apology, or message to say there were problems. DruidsGolf have had £100s on past orders. This is the last time I will shop with an organisation that shows how little it cares. Stephen
