Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Items arrived that were not consistent sizes. 3 of 7 garments were too big. When contacting customer service to ask for an exchange or refund were told they would not accept a return or exchange, despite the items being in their original packaging, with labels attached. Instead they suggested we gifted the items to someone else of a larger size!

Decent quality, horrible sizing and DEPLORABLE UNETHICAL SERVICE!

Clothes are decent quality...if the sizes were remotely accurate...but customer service is HORRENDOUS! I ordered three golf polo shirts in size 3XL which according to their size chart were supposed to have 54" chests. All three I received had 50" chests. Over the next 24 days I exchanged 26 insanely frustrating emails with them as they requested the same photos that I already sent four different times and fed me a constant stream of BS. They wanted me to spend $23 to return the shirts (after spending $10 on shipping to receive them) and then they would decide if they would provide me with a refund. Only after my credit card company notified them I was disputing the charges did they return the purchase price of my purchase, but still refused to return the shipping charges. I WOULD NEVER CONSIDER BUYING FROM THESE UNETHICAL CLOWNS AGAIN!!!

terrible service

i brought one of there pack offers
however i had to return serval items becuase they didnt fit, i asked for exchanges,
the responses was few and far between,
after returning them i chased the exchange and was told they wasnt in stock and they applied a credit to my account,
a week later and there is no credit on my account or exchange, responses on the chat are pointless and they dont read the convo before and keep asking the same questions - my order - DR977869

What's not to like.?
Alle varer som ønsket, selv om størrelsen på shorts er "svær at oversætte" fra britisk til dansk.
Absolut fuld tilfredshed herfra.

Exact same as every else reviewing here. Paid extra for quick delivery and no sign of any yet 5 days later. 1st and last time using them. Should have read the reviews here. They can't remain business much longer with these delivery lies.

Just not good enough…

As all the reviews on here ordered items for fathers day. 7 days before the event and 10days after ordering I am still waiting. Stop blaming evri and change you delivery provider. My opinion you just can’t cope with the amount of orders you are recieving. Fathers day ruined and the response was an automated one so guess everyone is in the same boat.

useless delivery

I ordered on Tuesday - Paid for Royal Mail next day delivery. It is now Friday and I have just heard that Evri have received my parcel for dispatch. Clearly just wholesale shipping with items on the website that they do not have in stock. Unacceptable to pay for a service you do not receive.

Order placed on June 5th and I am still waiting, the automated service on their website never responds, the phone number goes to answerphone saying closed at 4:30 but I called at 4:15 and I just got the out of office answerphone, poor experience so far and terrible customer service

Absolutely shambolic

Absolutely shambolic, placed my order for 1-2 day delivery with Royal Mail because the other option was evri and I know they are useless. What do druids do? Charge me for the 1-2 day delivery but send it with evri. Now I have been waiting a week. My parcel is sitting the their depot and has been for days. When i tried to ask druids about this i have had zero response but they will happily email me about 6 times a day with deals

Charged extra for royal mail, sent with evri...

I was caught in by the marketing and thought id try the ambassador pack 6 items for £99. There were 3 options for delivery and after seeing others had issues with Evri paid the extra for the faster Royal Mail delivery.

Delivery day passed and the tracking number isn't recognised by royal mail. It's an Evri number. Paid the extra for an advertised 1-2 day delivery by royal mail and 4 days later still waiting for Evri to deliver it.

Total false advertising and can't comment on the quality as the items haven't turned up.

Been waiting hours for a response as the email address their website says to use has an automatic reply saying use the Web chat which is an AI bot that either ignores you or sends you round in circles to unhelpful automated responses.

Avoid, don't get hooked by the advertising. Spend a little more and go somewhere else. At least you might get what you paid for.

Very poor

Very poor, ordered and received items with no tracking or emails and sent back due to ill fitting, now they can't find the order and have taken ages to respond. I have the proof in my bank account that they took the money out and no paper trail. Passed no remarks at the time and ordered again a couple of days after sending back the 1st order and got lots of tracking and emails for this order, even though they rescheduled delivery after me paying extra to have the items on time so they came late but I kept them. Strange set up

No Support

I have tried 3 different ways to contact support with no success. The email they reference in your order is no longer monitored. The Chat option does not allow you to enter text. And I have received no response from a Facebook message I left.

Appalling company!

I ordered goods on 16th April, nothing came for three weeks and numerous emails to the company went unanswered. Eventually a call was received from a member of staff apologising claiming a new system was to blame before saying they would cancel my order and process a refund. A few days later the order arrived! I contacted the company again who said apologised and told me to return the products which I did. I am still waiting on a refund over five weeks since I placed the order and still no responses to further emails.

THIS IS MY SECOND NEGATIVE REVIE, AND, IT SEEMS, THE ONLY WAY TO GET A RESPONSE - HOPEFULLY!

AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The Worst Customer Service of ALL TIME!!!!!

I placed an order for the first time and it was duly delivered,no issue there. Two of the items are not suitable so I went on to the website to raise a return. I followed all the instructions and paid the €9.99 postal fee ( I am in Ireland) and got message that return label couldn't be sent to my e-mail address. I was asked for an alternative which I provided. The same outcome.
I eventually found a chat bot on Druids site, wrote a message and it tells you a response from a "team mate" within an hour. Two days later and several requests and still no response.
I also sent an e-mail and no acknowledgement of it having been recieved, still no reply.
I looked everywhere for a contact numbrer but nothing! the only number I found was a retail outlet of Druids golf at,
Unit 2, Cliftonhall Yards, Newbridge, City of Edinburgh Scotland, EH28 8QN, mobile: 07749 174182, phone.
I phoned this number knowing it wasn't the " on line" company and again no answer but a woman saying there was nobody around to take the call!! really???
Anyway I left a message and maybe if anyone has an issue they can use this number and maybe it will get some response. Failing that I will be visiting the HO when I am in Scotland in June but hopefully I will have had a resolution to my issue by then!!!!

I wished I'd thought to check reviews first!

I wish I had thought to check these reviews first. When something looks too good to be true, it usually is! The products are excellent value, but the customer service is very much the opposite.

I ordered an Ambassador pack in March and was very happy with the quality and value. Encouraged by this, I ordered more items a week later. However, the experience quickly unravelled. There was no communication for weeks and no delivery. The chat line didn't work, and when I emailed, I received a reply stating that the email account was no longer valid. After searching for another means of communication, I found an alternative email address.

Long story short, I received a partial order in May, (originally ordered in March) but two items were still outstanding. When I enquired about the outstanding items, it took days to receive a response. I was informed that the items were no longer available and a credit was issued onto a gift card via email, again with no prior communication.

I expressed my dissatisfaction with the customer service and lack of communication and was offered a refund to my original payment method. I confirmed that I would prefer this as I had lost confidence in their business model. Despite this, they are now refusing to refund to my original payment method because the gift card has been issued. At no point did I agree to accept a refund via gift card.

For information, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles the buyer to a refund when the supplier is unable to fulfil the order. I have written to formally request a refund to my original payment method.

For anyone who likes a simple transaction, stay away. I am now in a battle to have MY money refunded when they've had it for two months already.

Company refuses to honour voucher or communicate

I returned a pair of trousers in immaculate condition as they didnt fit. The portal acknowledged the successful return and issued a voucher which proved impossible to use on a subsequent order despite several attempts. I eventually printed off all the relevant correspondence and posted it. Weeks later I have had no response. What this amounts to is fraud.

Poor Serivce

Poor Serivce. I have sent multiple emails in regards to my order but no response, no communication. Still waiting on someone to contact me, due to my order not showing up/ delivered. Delivery company told me to get in touch with retailer but nobody answers any emails.
