Avoid at All Costs: A Warning to All Potential Customers
Avoid this company at all costs, otherwise you'll be the one out of pocket.
I recently placed an order with this company online, the order was confirmed and the money was taken from my account the same day.
However, I they have failed to deliver:-
Lack of Communication: Failure to deliver the items ordered within the timescale quoted. No confirmation of dispatch or tracking information has ever been provided and I'm still waiting for my order.
Website Issues: The "track order" , "chat" and contact detail features on their website are non-functional, preventing anyone from contacting them.
Customer Reviews: Numerous Trustpilot reviews indicate that many customers who placed orders weeks or even months ago have not received their deliveries.
Lack of Transparency: I had to conduct my own research to find a contact email address for them company. I was then informed that the delivery delay was due to a warehouse relocation, despite the fact that Druids' relocation took place in May 2025. I fail to understand why this is still impacting orders placed in August. I was assured delivery would be within 3-4 working days, but no surprise nothing has arrived and their now not responding.
Failure to Respond: Druids has failed to respond to my recent email requesting the order be cancelled and a refund issued.
I have now reported them to my bank for a refund to be issued.
Unfulfilled order like many many others
Like many others I've having massive issues getting an order delivered which was placed on 4th Aug. Lame excuses about a warehouse relocations and false promises of delivery in 3-4 days. Please avoid this company at least until they sort this out and these reviews get better as a result.

I am still waiting for goods ordered on the 27th July. I have sent a number of emails but now they do not reply. Email is the only way of contacting them .So it now appears that I will never see my good & have lost £64.96 as well.

Sadly, my tale of woe is similar to the rest of this company's reviews - excuses, lies, more excuses, more lies.
It is exhausting trying to deal with them, which I suspect is what they’re trying to achieve by taking money for non-existent goods and then lying constantly about the progress - or lack thereof - of the order.
I have finally washed my hands of them and asked my credit card company to claim back the costs of all three orders on my behalf. Thankfully the credit card company are five star, unlike this bunch.
Hopefully they I’ll soon be closed down for the frauds they obviously are.

Have 30 odd messages back and forth with its in a bulk order the issue is royal mail to the newest it hasn't been shipped, now when asking to cancel the order under the consumer act no response!!!
Hideous service and liars from start to finish!! And still not concluded as of yet but to be waiting nearly 2.5 weeks for an order in this day and age is awful!!

Customer service experience needs to improve and not to make promises which they cannot deliver.

I placed my order on 4th August for my boyfriend’s birthday, the delivery was estimated at 2-4 working days, I am still waiting for my delivery (it’s now the 13th Aug). I have been emailing multiple times to customer service, and getting absolutely nowhere with it. Customer service is absolutely appalling and just not interested. Been told there was an issue with there warehouse but I was never told this until i asked about where my order was, I keep being told it’s on its way, got a tracking number but every time I type it in it tells me my order is not found!! I asked customer service multiple times to cancel my order and yet they refused. I will never be shopping here again or recommend this to anyone. AVOID!!

Poor customer service - sizing not accurate - Issue now resolved
Purchased four shirts after referring to the size guide which is not true to size (Two inch below maximum size quoted so a bit snug). Returned shirts for a credit, the return process was fine but they have sent a store credit and not the refund as requested, emailed customer services asking for the credit option but no response. I wouldn't use them again based on poor customer service.
**Finally got in touch and resolved the refund issue, waiting for refund but hopefully get this in the next couple of days, when contacting them, make sure you use tickets @ druidsgolf .com, not mail@giftcard. app

Clothes are a good price and good quality, they turned up quickly and although 1 item was unsuitable (it's always hard when buying online) the refund process and communication was actually good despite some reviews.
