I would give them no stars if I could! Having placed an order on line it eventually came. As per my legal rights I want to return and want a refund. This company is incapable of replying to e mails to make a return. If you are not sure if it will fit DO NOT ORDER!

My 14 yr old son placed an order on 25th Aug. Having become hooked on the sport this was his first golf purchase. Exactly a month later and I've had various excuses, broken promises and delaying tactics. The customer service including their "live chat"(which is clearly a bot) literally gave an excuse about a warehouse location change and said I might get my purchase but not when. At this point I'm considering the situation as theft and will report to the appropriate authorities.

If I could give Druids more than 5 stars I certainly would.
My daughter had purchased me a very nice rainsuit, and I could not try it on as i was away, so when I did the returns period had elapsed and I could not return the trousers which were to large.
I emailed Druids and they could not have been anymore helpful, and sent me a pair of the correct size.
Their email communication is better than anyone I have ever purchased off of before!
Absolutely first class 5 star service, very pleased.
Poor customer experience
Poor customer experience. The products are good quality and usually the shipment is fast and reliable. However, on this instance I had to chase an order which was notified as shipped to courier Evri within one day. After a week I chased customer services who advised the courier had not processed it and therefore they would ship the order again and wait another week. Two weeks after the original order the package had not arrived. Waited further while customer services followed up with Evri. I have now been advised that the package was delivered on their system and I would have to fill out disclaimers to Evri. The language and approach by Druids is good. However, I am totally disappointed with the process and the approach of Evri. It should not be the customer to spend time and effort in filling out Evri the Couriers form. I would suggest when ordering that you pay for shipment that doesn’t involve Evri.
Dreadful Returns/Refund Customer Services and over priced postage
2nd Women’s clothes order - On 2nd order I had to return 3 items as they were too big I requested one refund and 2 replacements in smaller size. I originally paid £6.99 P&P which included 24hr delivery, which did not happen I then had to pay £2.99 to return the items as sizing of the mid layers did not match the Polo shirts from my first order? After 3 emails and 10days I finally got a response by refunding me for the 3items and not sending me the 2 replacement smaller size items I had requested 😡 Therefore if I want to reorder to two mid layers I will now have to pay a further £5.99p&p which in my view is extortionate when spending well over £100 with no free returns offer? The items were of good quality and value for money but I don’t like the company’s ethics and their Customer Services so sadly I won’t be re-ordering or recommending to others…. Unless Druids make improvements and focus on providing a more satisfactory Customer Service return & exchanges process and offer cheaper postage and returns….

Their customer service is so bad
Their customer service is so bad, literally non existent, after no response on any platform. I found an ex druids employee on LinkedIn, he kindly offered to contact their customer service "team". Have you ever heard of such a debacle. Utterly embarrassing. Still waiting to hear from the boss Lewis Jones. Oh yes, and still no ambassador pack. Do yourself a favour avoid. #DruidsDissapoint

Only giving a 1 star as there isn’t an option to choose 0. Ordered 2 Polo Shirts and a pair of Shorts on 15/8. I was sent 3 belts. When I contacted, I was told my correct order had been dispatched. A week later still had not arrived. When I complained again, I was told I would have to return items to generate a new order, why tell me lies then? It’s now 11/9 , still not received correct order. Contacted them again and the tracking link states items sitting in Bathgate Royal Mail sorting office since 4/9, really, sounds like bu*****t to me. Going to contact my bank to get my money back, absolute nonsense of a company.

Unfortunately my whole experience seems to be similar to others so be warned. Web site and options of clothing against price and offers is exceptional. They take your funds, give you hope of goods turning up in 3 working days, then when you ask them for an update they say that a warehouse location has taken place and bear with them. Then when you re-chase for an update they inform you that 7 of the 11 items are no longer available and just go back online and reselect. I informed them I wanted a refund or will seek to reclaim via bank, they didn't reply. Once I initiated the refund through the bank they miraculously contacted me to stop this process and they would refund, why anyone else would accept this i question. Today I now have my bank informing me that Druids are contesting this request via the bank which I find as a disgusting approach of any company. This company is an utter joke when simple things are happening for them and all the way through my journey they have been polite but appalling. If they had a warehouse move planned then why not inform people on the Web site and why when they accept your order is 60% of it not available and finally why can't they just return my money to the bank.

How what was a great company has grown too fast and dropped the ball.
Order placed 14 Aug, excuse after excuse. Dispatched 20th Aug but never received by the shipper. Will not refund after numerous attempts, then lo and behold today it’s on its way. It won’t turn up just another game they’re playing.
Never done this before but be warned, if you order you may get lucky, my feeling is you won’t, then good look. No customer service at all
Ridiculous company
This is a follow on from previous review. I eventually got a refund for my top I ordered after a month. But paying the £5.99 postage and packing fee obviously doesn't matter because not given that back even though nothing delivered. I ordered quite a lot of golf stuff but I have got to say I will never order from druids again. They are the worst company I have dealt with on ordering anything not just golf clothes horrendous company.
Don’t bother with Druids
Don’t bother with Druids. They advertise themselves as a great company on social media when in reality they take your money and run. I paid for express delivery and almost a week later it’s not even been dispatched. After looking at reviews on here I can see it’s unlikely I’ll get them anytime soon if at all.
Do not use this company. Terrible service and weeks of delays.
I placed an order directly with Druids and upgraded to next day delivery. 6 days later I had not received my order or anything telling me that it had been dispatched. I emailed to find out what was going on and received a response stating that I might get it this week, possibly next with no reference to the fact that I'd paid for next day delivery. I have also been advised that one of the items I ordered was out of stock so they would be refunding some of the money I paid despite it being in stock when I ordered.
I have now asked for a full refund. Lets see how long that takes if I get it at all.

I placed an order on the launch day for their Ladies Golf rang, paid £6.99 for delivery, 3 weeks later and after numerous e mails the goods arrived. The trousers were inferior Chinese sized with poor quality zip. Had to return these and charged £2.99 for the pleasure which isn't even refunded, the package was tracked and received on 26/8 after again numerous e mails and assurances a refund would be received by 5/9. Well now 9/9 and the money has finally been repeated. This must be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and needless to say will never order anything again from them
I’m a very disappointed customer and…
I’m a very disappointed customer and honestly unsure if I’ll be returning to this site. I waited nearly a month for my order to arrive, only to find that two items were missing items I was still charged for. Not only is this frustrating, but I feel it’s important to warn others who may be considering ordering here. On top of that, the communication throughout the whole process was poor, especially when I was chasing updates about my order. I will be requesting a refund for the missing items or, alternatively, for the correct items to be sent out.

Without a doubt the worst company I’ve dealt with in terms of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Still waiting on items ordered 4th August. Lots of mistruths told along the way. Actually don’t have the energy to go into it. I’ve already forwarded the long email trail Fao customer service and rashid as stated in replies to other negative reviews. Let’s see if this helps me get my money back for items no longer needed as I had to purchase elsewhere for a birthday on August 18th.
Appalling
Appalling. Used 24hr delivery and it still hasn’t been delivered 2 weeks later. Customers service is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Takes 3 days to respond (you can’t phone them) but can’t give any answers when they do.
Crap service, not what I expected
Order placed on 1st September & paid for 24 hour dispatch which failed to materialise, eventually advised if I had not received the order by 15th September to contact them! Now emailed for a full refund, I wait to see what happens next
