I'm hoping my experience is great. It's the first time I've bought the product. It was delivered within the promised timeframe. I've only had my new iPhone 17 Pro encased for 3 days. My only concern was the directions for the screen protector--very sparse. Don't know whether I installed it correctly or not. Time will tell!

I purchased both a screen saver and a clear phone case from Drop Guys! I made multiple purchases in the past from this company. This purchase was because my wife’s old phone (iPhone 13 Mini) stopped working and we received a replacement phone. Great products and a great company!!!

Drop guys claims to warranty their IPhone protector cases, but the warranty doesn’t extend to the replacement or repair cost of a damaged phone while using their protector cases. I dropped my IPhone on the ground with it in a drop guys protector case. The IPhone was not drop proof with a Drop Guys protector case as Drop Guys claims because it now has a lot of cracks in the back side of the IPhone. I’m guessing that is the cause of the phone getting very warm while using it. I would stick with Otterbox phone protector cases. I used them for a long time before buying a Drop Guys protector case. I never experienced a problem with having cracks in the back side of my IPhone from dropping it while using an Otterbox protector case.

I ordered the wrong case for my phone and I immediately received a response even though itwas after hours, and Khamille helped me order the correct case.

Company stands by its products and responds very quickly on line. Excellent products have kept my phone safe despite hard drops. I have had to replace the lens protector twice, but the lenses are perfect (as designed). Will definitely use them again when purchasing new phone protectors.

I received my iphone cover and it fits perfectly. I did not receive the screen protector, but sent a message to the company and they responded promptly and are sending it out to me. Thank you!

If you want to watch your order delivery get bounced back and forth, back and forth, across the country, and wonder if you'll ever get your order (I've still not received mine) then order from these guys. I ordered my iPhone case on April 26th, and here it is May 12th, only to observe through the tracking information as my case gets close to me and then get shipped to another USPS facility half way across the country away from me. At one point, the tracking info stated that the case was at the USPS facility in my city (Malden, MA) and that it would arrive at my house by 9:00 that evening. After not receiving it that evening I then checked the tracking info again only to see that it was now in transit on its way to Madison Wisconsin. Good luck trying to reach customer service at Dropguys, all you get is an AI response that promises to look into it and get back to you, but they don't. Dropguys is aptly named, since they drop the ball on everything.
Here it is, May 12th, and the tracking info is now telling me that the case has arrived at the Milwaukee WI
USPS facility.
I asked for a refund, but we'll see where that goes.

Easy process from start to finish. Finding the right model size, deciding if clear and lightweight or hard and more rugged was a cinch. Got it 3 days earlier than expected.
Cover very easy to apply. Added screen protector a bonus and always required for protection. Their phone holder made it extra simple to apply the sticker (screen protector) perfectly aligned. Loved the ease although an extra plastic piece to recycle (if consumers do this).
Bought this off of New York Time’s review stating it’s #1 for protection and due to the full refund as a guarantee for its solid protection. I hope to NOT have to test out the drop protection, but I haggle jy phone with ease knowing it’s protected very well.

I bought the overpriced screen and camera protector just a few months ago. They BOTH broke within a few weeks of application. Customer service is not willing to offer a refund or replacement only a “discount” so I can spend more money on another protector that will break. I’m all set- save your money and get the ones on Amazon that are under $10, last for years and have an actual warranty. As a note it would not let me leave a product review (seems suspicious) so I would be cautious in blindly trusting that the product reviews are real. I also posted this review on their site and *SHOCKER* it didn’t show up- will be reporting to BBB.

The email conversation I had with them was very helpful and they helped me when I had ordered the wrong cover for my iPhone and are going to send me a new cover. Very helpful!!!

Customer service was amazing after I made a mistake in my initial order. They quickly and efficiently solved my problem. Still waiting on my product, which I only ordered yesterday, but I know it's gonna be amazing!
