Khamille et al. v. My Inability to Order the Correct Size
I accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case and didn’t realize it until I’d opened both packages, including the free screen protector. The case itself is awesome and exactly what I’d hoped for, so I was kicking myself over the mistake.
I contacted Dropguys, and Khamille responded so quickly and was so kind that I was honestly floored. Even though the mistake was entirely mine, they arranged a replacement in the correct size and told me I could give the original items to someone else instead of returning them. I already have the replacement order confirmation, and someone is going to be very happy with the freebies!
Thank you, Khamille and the Dropguys team. You made my day. Five stars for the product, the kindness, and making my little screwup so easy to fix!

DropGuys is legit! Outstanding customer service.
I saw the rating for this company in the New York Times ratings of cell phone cases. I have used Otterbox for years, and on my last phone, the back glass cracked in an Otterbox, which didn't allow any trade-in. With my new phone, I wanted to see what options I had and found DropGuys. I will not go back. The clear case showcases my Glacier Blue iPhone 18 pro max! love it

Easy to work with
I ordered a case for a phone I had ordered from ATT. I NEED a new phone as the battery in my old one is bad. ATT lied to me, saying they could get the phone quicker than they actually could. They lied to me again saying they could transfer a deal to another phone but when I went to the store to get the phone, the store couldn’t do that deal. In the mean time I’ve been communicating with DropGuys who have assured me that it will be no problem at all to swap out the case I ordered for whatever case I need when ATT can figure out which phone they can get me.

terrible case, no protection
My new s26 ultra was badly damaged on the back with cracks everywhere after a fall of a couple feet onto a driveway. This is a terrible product. DO NOT BUY.
