Great phone protection from Dropguys
Located this product from a recommendation on a website. Glad for that as it had all of what I need to protect my iPhone 17 Pro. Phone case, screen protector and camera lens protector went on easy and the look and most important the feel was excellent. Reasonable price for protecting my new phone investment. Great Customer Service!
I emailed my issue. I ordered the wrong lens cover. I was surprised and the almost immediate response chat said it might me 24 hours! They took care of me and even though it was my mistake sent me a correct lens cover at no charge! Very impressed with the customer service I received. So happy I chose Drop Guys.

Disappointed
The screen protector arrived quite fast but the actual protector case took WEEKS. In the meantime I dropped my phone and the protective screen and the phone screen shattered in the corner. If the main case would have arrived when the free screen protector arrived, this would not have happened. If someone gets a new phone and orders a protective screen and case, I think it's safe to assume they want it asap. I am very disappointed in this company for their SLOW service.

Damaged screen replaced
I ordered a screen protector for my new iPhone 17 Pro since the ratings for the Dropguys' screens was very high. However, after only month, my screen was damaged and I was uncertain how the damage even occurred. When I contacted Dropguys, they offered to replace the screen at no charge. I was very pleased with this resolution.

I love my Dropguys Products!
I recently bought a new iPhone at the Apple Store. I also bought a case and screen protector at the Apple sore for new iPhone. Soon after buying me iPhone, I accidentally dropped the phone walking my dog. I decided to look for a case and protector that would keep my new iPhone safe. I found Dropguys. Learning Dropguys would replace my iPhone if it was damaged while in their products, I decided to buy the iPhone case, camera protector, and screen protector. In the excitement of cheering at my granddaughters softball game, my iPhone dropped off my chair to the concrete below. My screen protector was cracked and I was sick. I have had screen protectors in the past that did not protect my phone glass. I emailed Dropguys. They replied very promptly telling me my iPhone would not be damaged. They gave me a $10.00 discount to buy a new Dropguys screen protector. It arrived quickly. Installation was easy with the tools in the package. My iPhone was not damaged. I will never buy any other brand of iPhone protection. My boyfriend was so impressed he is hoping for a sale so he can buy everything for his iPhone.
