Great customer service, got back to me real quick, acknowledged my problem and help me to resolve it satisfactorily, 10 out of 10 service!

The process of ordering a cover for my new phone was super easy. Shipping was fast. Product is awesome. I ended up breaking my camera cover ordered a new one and I ordered the wrong one. Got a hold of them to order another correct one and they sent me a new one no charge and didn’t even require me to send the one. I ordered incorrectly back all this transpired within three minutes on their website, it was unbelievably awesome Customer Service. I would highly recommend drop guys.

I emailed dropguys to ask about their warranty policy for my phone cases. I had it for 2 years, and I’m very careless, so it got a little wear and tear. They have great phone cases (I haven’t had a crack in these two years), so I wanted to ask about a replacement. They responded in 3 minutes, and said that though they’re sold out, they would give me a $100 gift card to use at their store! Khamille was great!

Khamille was great– very straight forward, providing information and good news.

The Agent was helpful and listened to my needs and came up with a reasonable solution that was helpful.

Dropguys were totally understanding of my cracked screen saver , and was happy to accommodate me with a new one

I’m not sure how they get such high reviews. Both the screen protector and the phone case cracked within days. There’s also very misleading advertising that they’ll guarantee the actual phone which is totally false. Go with a reputable brand or a ten dollar Amazon case. Drop Guys is expensive garbage.

Khamille answered my questions quickly so I was able to place the order knowing I was getting items before my upcoming vacation.

Dropguy’s cases have protected my iPhones through several series. Most recently my IPhone 17 Pro Max.
I appreciate the ease of ordering and great customer service. The quality of their cases and the 16 ft drop rating are so good, I don’t mind that they only come in black.

I ordered a phone case and it was the wrong one on my own fault. I contacted and asked for a swap and on a Saturday had an immediate resolution to the problem I had created. There was no hassle at all. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
