Seamless flat sale
My experience selling our flat with D&G was faultless. I bought my Balham flat from Douglas & Gordon over twenty years ago and am very glad that I went back to them to sell it. Tom Yeomanson’s suggestion that I should try to market the property, ravaged by unanticipated structural work, ‘as a shell’ proved to be truly inspired – with prospective buyers flocking to take advantage of this perhaps rare opportunity. While I was 300 miles away in North Wales, Tom steadily steered the sale to a conclusion that left all parties very satisfied. He was an absolute godsend.

Terrible support
Terrible support, discover cockroach when we move in. After 1 month the problem was not solved. I have to pay the rental and an hotel. At the end still have to pay nearly 2 months of rental without having passed 1mn in the apartment. So run away if you are looking for a trust company.

Great experience
In the mist of finding a rental in London, we came across a property listed by Douglas & Gordon, who very promptly booked us in for a viewing. Catalina was the person who we were in contact with and she’s been absolutely brilliant. Always very attentive and prompt in her responses. The whole experience was quick and as trouble free as it can be.

First time renters
My sister and I were looking for our first property to rent together, so we are very new to the area and the process. Catalina guided us through it all and has been very attentive to all our queries. Catalina has been fantastic all round!

Reliable, professional service
I sold my flat in Streatham Common last month through Douglas & Gordon using Simon Darvill-Watson. From the first contact, I knew I was dealing with an expert. Flat sale NW10
We recently sold a flat in NW10 with the help of Shash Stevens of D&G, she could not have been more helpful and enthusiastic. The sale was not easy but she pulled out all the stops and got us there in the end. A credit to the company, always at the end of the phone/whatsapp, always helpful.
