Gazumped Sale
I got gazumped so beware as this firm seems comfortable employing this tactic.
My offer was already accepted by the seller but the firm continued to market the listing online until a better offer came along. I feel like my offer has been used as a negotiation pawn to obtain a better deal for the seller.
It is a sour experience for any first time buyer so proceed with caution if you see this agency, and especially if Rob Stanley is the leading agent

Ciarnan has been brilliant throughout the whole process. He organised viewings for us really quickly and was incredibly knowledgeable about the property, answering all of our questions without hesitation.
From making our offer through to it being accepted and getting everything sorted for referencing, he was always responsive, helpful and kept us updated every step of the way. He made what is usually a very stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Ciarnan Spellman from Douglas & Gordon to anyone looking for a professional, knowledgeable and proactive estate agent.

Great experience in Putney
We worked with Matthew Williamson to sell our flat in Putney. He was great to work with -- really responsive to calls and messages. He showed our flat and was able to get us a quick offer. When that offer unfortunately fell through, he got us another offer after showing the flat all weekend. He was proactive and helped keep the sale process going smoothly.

Elouise and Sam have been excellent is helping me with my move from family home to my first rental. After 29 years in my home, choosing the right person to handle its sale was incredibly important to me.
