We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Catalina at Douglas & Gordon. Although we'd both rented before, this was our first time moving in together, so finding the perfect home was incredibly important to us. Catalina made the whole process feel easy from start to finish.
She was incredibly kind, approachable, and always happy to help. Her communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, we were never left wondering what was happening or waiting for answers. Every question or concern we had was dealt with quickly and thoroughly, which gave us so much confidence and reassurance.
Catalina also went above and beyond by taking the time to explain the new tenancy laws that had recently come into effect, along with many other important details that we wouldn't have known otherwise. Her advice was invaluable and made us feel fully informed every step of the way.
What impressed us most was her genuine dedication. From the very first viewing right through to the day we collected the keys, Catalina was there to support us. Even while she was on annual leave, she still made sure to communicate with us regarding important matters, which really shows how committed she is to her clients.
Thanks to Catalina, we found our perfect first home together, and we genuinely couldn't have asked for a better experience. We've already said that if we ever decide to move again in the future, we'll absolutely be choosing Douglas & Gordon because of their professionalism, excellent communication, and exceptional customer service. We would also love the opportunity to work with Catalina again, she truly is an outstanding estate agent and an absolute credit to the company.

Excellent support throughout my tenancy
I'd like to highly recommend Lyle Hendricks at Douglas & Gordon. Tom was extremely supportive and knowledgeable
The agent Tom was extremely knowledgable about the property and the Balham area. And was very professional when sharing information about the owners and reasons they were selling. He was very prompt in responding to us and co-ordinated repeated access to the property for us and our specialist surveyors and contractors.
This is the third time I have bought a residential property (also sold two) and Tom was the most helpful property agent I have dealt with, at no time pressurising us to make a hasty decision.
The purchase process progressed quickly, thanks to his involvement, we had completed and moved in within 4 months of making an offer.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Tom Yeomanson of D&G. As explained at the start, Tom looked after all aspects of the dale of our house (viewings, offers, negotiations, troubleshooting, etc.) and kept us informed at all stages, even when we were overseas.
