Hannah Field - Douglas and Gordon
I recently purchased a flat in Battersea where Hannah Field was the estate agent. Hannah was very responsive, tenacious and engaged throughout the transaction and was always very happy to guide me through the process/answer questions etc. We really needed to complete prior to the SDLT change and Hannah went above and beyond to make this happen for which we are extremely grateful. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in this area.

Nick Darragh from D&G made me feel supported and in trusted hands from the first time we met. It was my first time selling in the UK and I was overseas for the period of sale, yet, Nick guided me through every step of the sale, as well as navigating some tough buyer conversations, and unexpected repairs! Iria was a delight from start to finish! Having found the property last minute she was super accommodating to our viewing schedule and made sure that she quickly sent through all the offer forms etc. she went above and beyond to keep in contact - even out of office hours which is a testament to her commitment to the job! Iria - the epitome of a great estate agent!
Iria was super helpful, very communicative and on the ball with helping us in our search. If she couldn’t do a time / we couldn’t, we’d always find a solution. It really helped that she was so friendly and relaxed, because a lot of estate agents can be quite pushy and it’s such a stressful time finding somewhere, she made sure every flat was the right one for us and never took it personally if it wasn’t. She was always “onto the next!”

Realistic approach and great communication
We recently sold our house in SW16 through Rob Stanley at D&G. It wasn’t an easy house to market but Rob did an excellent job and got us a result beyond our expectations. We chose to instruct Rob over other agents due to his local knowledge and realistic advice.
His communication was exceptional throughout and he smoothed the whole process for us. We would recommend him highly to anyone.
