I have been completely mislead…

I was led to believe that my insurance had pre-approved me but they hadn’t. When I submitted the claim they refused it.
The second shipment was sent automatically two weeks prior to needing it and my credit card charged again.
My insurance asked me to fill in an authorization form from the Dr and DooU refused and said my family physician had to do it. My family doctor won’t do it because he doesn’t prescribe anything for weight loss no matter the circumstances. So I am now out $1000 when it wasn’t in my budget because DooU mislead me.

Regarding DooU reply- I have contacted your customer care team and they are unwilling to fill in my pre-authorization forms. This is why I have written the review I did. Let’s not fool ourselves into believing that you provide this service for people that have a family Dr that are in favor of prescribing weight loss medication and are surviving on misleading client/patients to earn your sales. If DooU wants to fix this they can contact me directly and fill in the pre-authorization forms already emailed to your customer care team.

Extremely unsafe and in bad faith

I asked to cancel before the assessment. There was no response to any attempts the assessment proceeded, the doctor prescribed what I had stated had previously made me ill. I will be getting this charged reversed on my CC and caution anyone to use this service. They are not even reading you details and prescribing according. Its extremely unsafe!

Iam grateful for this opportunity to…

Iam grateful for this opportunity to try ozympic again, and very excited. This is my 2nd time on it. I have lost 30lbs the 1st time I tried Ozympic and had a few side effects but managed, by drinking lots of water or Gatorade it helped with the headaches and achy bones but was well worth it at the end.

Prescription Information

I received an email stating that my prescription was getting ready. However, I was not told the name of the medication, nor the cost.

It works as long as you are willing to…

It works as long as you are willing to purchase your prescriptions from Pocketpills. If you try to get the prescription to your local pharmacy you get a complete run around and no action. The Pocketpills website is set up as a sole provider. Great if you want to pay the higher medication price and the additional $40.00 shipping.

After the assessment

After the assessment, I was charged the amount without prior approval, the messages I have received are in the name of another person (Mike), it does not allow me to sign in or create an account to review my case with my personal info, they are supposedly sending my medications to the billing address without confirming if it was my delivery address, I have tried to change the address and it does not allow me, even though my address registered in Doou is correct. It has been a nightmare to try to communicate and stop sending or at least accessing my data, I communicated by chat and a bot told me that they would change my shipping address, but I cannot verify it either and I do not receive any communication. I still do not have any confirmation emails or bills for my card. Lousy service. I want to be reimbursed, it is an extreme mess.
