Very unhappy with how complicated they make the renewal process

Very unhappy with how slow this experience is. They ask me questions, I answer quickly, and are always slow to respond. It seems every renewal takes back and for chatting for at least two weeks. They have made near misses with my assessments which I have caught myself. They do not read my renewal questions and instead ask the same questions or try to push higher dosages or more expensive medications on me. It started out great in September and I was impressed but every renewal since has been very tedious and frustrating, mostly because the prescribers don’t read what I write. Getting a hold of an actual human using their chat service is very hard and frustrating. Sent rewenal on Sunday, it’s now Thursday and I still don’t have any answers or the information they have allegedly asked for again. I am very displeased with this service and do not think I’ll be continuing with them after the one year I paid for is up.

Extremely disappointed by my…

Extremely disappointed by my experience. Filled out the questionnaire and asked them to send the prescription to my pharmacy, which is my right. They sent it instead to an online pharmacy, which is pricier, without my consent.

Sent them an email on Thursday asking them to send the prescription to my pharmacy. As of Monday, zero reply. Sent them another email on Monday. As of Tuesday, zero reply. ZERO costumer support. Oh and you can't call them, they don't have a phone number.

So now I've paid 45$ and don't have the product. I guess I will be stuck paying more per month via their online pharmacy since they've been silent the whole time.

EDIT: The company reached out after I published this. Seems like my emails were going in their spam folder. This is why they need a phone line. My prescription was successfully sent to my pharmacy after our phone call and I was able to retrieve the product. I'm quite relieved. I will see how it goes for the future and will update my review as needed.
