This company is a sham
This company is a sham. They do not care about your health. There data is filled with inaccuracies (ie they had me weighing 320lbs) and I asked them to correct it. They string you along with plans for "care" in six month buckets but if you don't use them, you still pay. Also, they are an AI chat service. The "Drs" who are generally nurse practitioners string you along too. If you put a request into a chat, don't expect them to follow a conversation and they don't list to your concerns or ask. You can't use your own pharmacy either without complication. They use a delivery service that is $50 more on average than Shopper's Drug Mart. I am so unimpressed, I am canceling and moving on with someone else. DO NOT use this service if you want personalized attention (it's all AI), want a cost effective prescription (its more), want a team that cares about your concerns and follows you file.

Serious process
I just finished my process to get Ozempic. First, I had a professional processus, from getting all the information of my goal, my medical profile, and exchange with a doctor to see if it’s good, safe and possible for me with my medical historic. The processus was serious, methodical and easy going.
