Right from the initial visit when Fraser came to do the evaluation, we were put at ease with the prospect of securing a sale. He was very informative and reassuring
and his evaluation was spot on with the home report Phil the photographer did a great job of showcasing our property
Naomi, Helen and Lauren were quick off the mark to secure us with lots of viewings and Will carried out the viewings over three days, taking the strain off of us doing it ourselves
Maureen gave very good advice to going to a closing date which resulted in us receiving several offers after the property only being on the market for 11 days.
Thanks to the whole team for making it possible with minimum stress on our part.

I found working with Donald Ross Ayr to sell my property to be a straight forward process. The staff were friendly and helpful and once I accepted an offer the staff explained the next steps until completion really well. The only negative aspect was not being informed that if Donald Ross were to do the viewings there would be a £20.00 charge per viewing I think that this should be explained up front so that the seller knows all the costs before choosing an agent.

I would definitely recommend this company as they are very helpful and understanding with my situation I am a first time buyer so was new to all this and they really helped me and reassured me.
