Sold our house late last year and Donald Ross Kilmarnock made it so easy from the lovely Maureen at reception to Callum coming to value house etc. Didn’t have to chase them up once all in all would recommend.

What a rocky road we moved into property in 2023 rented. Got given our notice to leave in October. Told family were moving in due to health. Not even 2 months later the property is up for sale.

Everything was at ease from start of advertising house sale until when house was sold & keys handed over..contact & correspondence between myself & the girls from the office in Irvine went perfect ...advertising of the house & the pictures were perfect & house sale went through really quickly & that was within 6 weeks which took me back but really pleased with how smooth everything went ...Thankyou to The Donald Ross team & the amazing effort they put into selling my house with amazing professionalism

This is an update to my previous review which they ask you to complete when things are going well. 6 months after putting our house on the market and 2 collapsed sales we are no further forward. We already paid £800 for HR and photos. If we want to stop selling house with them we have to pay them £600. I think at this point in time they should accept that they have not delivered. Think carefully about signing up with them.

We were very impressed by the Donald Ross team, from the minute we had our old house valued, to the support we received up to and including our moving date.
They were extremely professional and went over and above to assist us when needed.

Every single member of the team worked with such professionalism. Will gave me their quote while Maureen and Elliot showed my house to viewers. A wonderful photographer, who really cared about making my house look its best, took beautiful photos. Helen Hunter then chose the pics she thought were best and even swapped one for me that I wasn't quite sure of. Naomi did her job with expertise beyond her years and I could not be more grateful. Our first meeting with Will was an amazing experience, he put at at ease with his honest and practical advice on how to go about the process of moving home.
We signed up with him straight away and are so glad we made this decision. Our house went on the market on Thursday and eight days later it was sold.
The whole team at Donald Ross work together to sell your home but Will and Maureen were exceptional and cant thank them enough. They kept us updated and advised us on a daily basis on our progress.

I would like to thank Donald Ross for the quick sale of our home, From the initial meeting with Fraser Stewart, then Maureen McInnes ( Sales negotiator) very professional and courteous, they made selling very easy and we were always well informed. Property Advisor's Callum Gott, Will-Johnston Aitken and Elliot Masterton were also fantastic very professional.

Very pleasant staff, not pushy. Very helpful and explained each step in detail. Home Report was clear. A fair valuation of property and a higher price secured. Would highly recommend.

We offered a price for a 3 bed flat they accepted and told us we had it subject to our lawyer getting in touch with them they didn’t even give us 16 hours over night and they came back and said they had received a better offer we feel this company used us to push someone else to go higher and feel that is bad practice by them, offer accepted at 4.30 one day and they didn’t even give us a chance to get the lawyer to call them as next day they cancelled ours and went with someone else

Not a good estate agents in my view when you accept an offer then you must allow a short time to get your lawyer to do there job it was a cash deal no chain money in the bank we sent them our bank details proof of ID and our lawyers details then they dropped us feel it was a fix to get some poor guy to pay more money

What a fabulous team and such excellent teamwork and professionalism. From the first contact with Fraser and a decision on a Friday morning to go with Donald Ross, the team swung in to action immediately. The homebuyer report was booked, the photographer was booked, a solicitor was recommended and we were on the market a week later. I left the keys and left the viewings to Callum. . I was informed of every viewing and the feedback from those viewings. In less than three weeks we accepted a very good offer. Maureen talked me through the offer and kept me informed of the process to completion. A few weeks later the contact was signed.

Worst company possible. Very nasty people, a false facade up front but when they have you, its game over.
