Our mother's property sold in January 2024, but I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Domvs Preston again for their care and attention whilst promoting the sale. Laura Holt efficiently took our instruction, Julie Mansfield carried out most / all of the viewings in a very gentle manner, always letting us know when there was a viewing and always following up afterwards. She kindly reassured us that all was well when phoning prior to any feedback, which was very helpful and calmed us instantly as she then proceeded to report back fully on each viewing and also after each time the buyers returned to view the property! During times of inactivity, Nicky Mowlem in accounts / finance would make contact with us and kept the communication lines open which was a great comfort. She maintained regular contact during the sales process and basically "held our hands" until completion. Two previous agents failed to sell my house, with few viewings and seriously bad advice. Domvs persevered with a professional approach, providing a good number of viewings in a difficult market. Buyers were found, sadly some fell through but eventually we sold, thanks to Domvs. A stressful time but I would still recommend this agent. Optimistic, on the ball, and honest. Thanks guys.

Have been using Alison at the Wareham office for the last year and the service have been A+ Star. She and the team have used all available tools to market and sell the property. It has proven to be a very difficult sell with the property being a Woolaway and very strict Covenants in the deeds but they embraced the challenge head on and worked with all relevant parties to produce a sell. Very pleased with the work and effort put in by the team over the year. Well done

We have been trying to sell out house for 18 months and after multiple let downs as buyers changed their minds just before exchange (apparently, for no reason!) we have eventually sold.
Domus have constantly been there to support us when there were problems and have proactively worked for us to get past any issues that came up. We were particularly impressed with the service provided by Nicky in Sales Progression who worked tirelessly to get the deal to exchange.

From beginning to end, our dealings with DOMVS have been nothing short of incredible. John worked above and beyond to help us with our home purchasing process, answered all our questions, liaised with the vendor and our solicitors, and did everything he could to get us our home. We had the quickest completion (from the beginning of receiving a DIP from NatWest), as it took just over 4 weeks to complete. John is brilliant, and I look forward to the day they have an office in Swanage. If/when we sell in the future, it will be through DOMVS.

What can I say.. absolutely excellent in every way. We have moved house five times in the course of our marriage and never have we felt so confident in the fact that the whole team are looking after us to the very best of their ability.
