Extremely friendly and helpful team. Their caring approach was really appreciated as my house sale was an emotional experience and time restricted. I was kept informed of all viewings and had a couple of offers on the house almost as soon as it was advertised.
The sales progression team kept me updated and I'd like to thank Nicky in particular as she understood fully how time specific the sale needed to be and helped keep things moving.

We dealt with several people at Domvus and all were friendly, helpful and efficient. Our sale was handles professionally, calls and emails return quickly so we were never left hangin. Would certainly recommend them as te first go-to afgents for your sale.

I had an exceptionally positive experience with this estate agency, and I would confidently say they are the best in their field. Initially, I discovered the property I was interested in on Palmer Snell's website. However, I later found that Domvs was managing its sale, so I reached out to them for further information. Thanks to their outstanding service, I now own my dream home.

5 star isn't really enough when reviewing John Beauchamp at Domus. He merits far more! I've been beyond impressed at John's professionalism, his commitment and communication throughout our dealings. And would urge anyone wanting to sell or buy in this area to trust to John and only him. He is super smart, committed and very very good at determining a sensible strategy and at the execution. DOMVS have been so professional from the very start of the sale of our house. Greg was a real help advising on price and presentation, and the viewings were excellent. After we accepted an offer the sales progression team took over to keep us in the loop at all times. Marcus spoke regularly to the solicitors and kept us calm whenever things went quiet!

Prior to putting my house up for sale I let it using Domus as my letting agent. Debbie and her team did such a good job that it made sense to sell through them.
Despite it being a quirky property and a tricky market Shireen and her team persevered until eventually it sold. Then Nicky and Marcus stepped in and made the final stages as smooth as they could.
They all did a great job.

Despite a challenging market Domvs Dorchester (Shireen) managed to get us a highly competitive price - and then the Sales progression team (Nicky and Marcus) held our hands through the twists and turns of completing the sale and getting to Contract exchange. All the team are so highly professional AND so incredibly personable. I cannot recommend them highly enough

Determined professionalism with a genuine compassion has been our experience with DOMV's. For a whole roller coaster year they have delt with numerous set backs and interruptions selling my late mother property who quite correctly insisted that DOMV's will handle the sale.
