We have purchased/sold a number of properties in the past most recently selling a property via the Dorchester branch of DOMVS. Our initial contact with Greg reassured us that we were dealing with a professional, effective and dynamic team. As our sale progressed, through no fault of DOMVS, things became significantly difficult and very frustrating. However, it could have been much more stressful if it hadn't been for Marcus. He liaised extremely effectively with all parties and kept us informed at all times. DOMVS Dorchester are a great team and I would strongly recommend them to any potential seller or buyer. Thanks to all, especially Marcus for his help getting our sale completed.

I have moved a number of times but this was the most difficult by far. Nicky was a superstar in all aspects and at times was the only person who knew what was happening or who cared enough to make sure problems were over come. I believe she was the glue that kept the chain together. You would think this was my estate agent but was instead the agent of the house I was purchasing.

Domvs in Bridport successfully sold my house in July 2023. It had been a tricky sale with two unforeseeable setbacks requiring the property to be re-marketed. Benjamin, with office support from Dorchester did an excellent job throughout. I was impressed by his continued enthusiasm and attention to detail with no time wasted when marketing had to be re-started and new buyers were found almost immediately.

His local knowledge and affinity with the town and its community, together with his friendly personality made him a perfect choice for me and I understand that his approach suited the buyers well too. His advice on the sale was spot on, with the valuation appropriate for a rapidly changing market, and he achieved a particularly good result. Benjamin and Domvs took on the full workload at the outset, from marketing and dealing with viewings and the buyer, to liaising with the solicitors through to completion and making the sale process very straightforward for me. I would thoroughly recommend his work and be happy to use his services and those of Domvs in Bridport again.

A big thank you to all the team at our local Domvs in Preston Road, Weymouth. Our house purchase was a very long and at sometimes stressful time, but we felt like we had a lot of support.
