This is just to say that the Team at Domus performed admirably from begining to end for the sale of our propery (despite the pitfalls and landmines the Land Registry seemef to put in our way)
Most notably Nicky managed to keep all the parties content and got us over the finish line. She deserves a medal!

Greg & Christina showed us around the property, they were superb, very knowledgeable and always available to grant us access when needed.
Marcus and Nicky got the raw end of the stick, there were bumps and hurdles along the way, but they stuck with us all the way to the end of our journey, they kept us and the seller updated throughout.
A wonderful estate agent to work with and I would highly recommend them.
Even though we have waited a long time, it has honestly been a pleasure and not stressful due to the communication throughout.

Really pleased with the Domvs Blandford team and all their hard work selling our house. We actually used Stuart once before back in 2006 on another unique property and couldn’t fault him then either – so when we needed an agent this time, we knew who to turn to. Both times he’s been excellent, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future or recommend him to others.

This sale was particularly challenging – a new-build barn conversion in a very tough, slow market. We had originally instructed another agent with little progress, but Stuart picked it up and worked tirelessly to get us the best result possible. He was always quick to respond, kept us updated, and really knew how to keep the listing fresh and marketable. We were especially impressed with the effort he and the team put into understanding our home so they could match it with the right buyers, and with how smoothly they managed everything right through to completion.

Even when Stuart was away, he made sure we were well covered – his colleague Marcus stepped in seamlessly and gave us real confidence that everything was under control.

I have had an amazing service from these estate agents as the market was fluctuating up and down regularly Domvs never gave up and continued to market my property when I finally got a buyer. Nicky was so good ringing my buyers solicitors and my purchase solicitors and I firmly believe if she had not been so adamant to get the sale through on my behalf I feel we would probably still waiting to exchange so I would especially like to say a thank you to Nicky for her continued efforts. John sold a property I had marketed with other agents across a period of 2 years. He introduces it discreetly at the end of January and I had 10 viewings and received 4 offers in under 5 months…all from introductions by John and not from Rightmove. While the property market is so slow maybe John’s approach is the better way to sell property now.

We have used Domvs a couple of times now and always found them very profesional. This time we found that when showing our property Imogen was always positive, and gave us good feedback after the viewing.
More importantly though Marcos the head of the progression team always kept us informed, was also very professional and positive. There were times when the chain slowed down, but Marcos was alway keeping in touch with the other buyers to establish what was going on, and what could be done to move things along. It’s not the first time I've used Domvs and they've always been excellent. We dealt with Shireen, who did the valuation and gave invaluable advice re how we should dress the house (we asked her for this). Then several employees showed potential buyers around the property. They were all very professional - to single any one of them out for praise would be unfair on the others. However, Jemma, a very new employee, learnt the ropes quickly and dealt with the person who bought our house. Well done and thank you. Nicky in the "chase a solicitor" team (my words, not theirs!) was super and very reassuring. Lucky that I had a great solicitor anyway (Pengillys). They're used to dealing with Domvs clients and just get on with it. I mention the importance of this as it's once the offer is accepted that the real stress begins. This working together is crucial and much appreciated.

So far my experience with DOMVS has not been good. Never able to speak to the same person twice, never phone back when promise they would and the purchase team are never available by phone. I would have to think twice before using this company.
