Nice fella, however, the adjustments made are radically different from previous bikefit. Saddle height now way too high giving discomfort at perineum. Took bike to use for sizing at bike shop for new bike. Bike shop fitter reckons new seat height & seat fore/aft not right. Right foot now nearer to crank than left. Is this correct? Had 2 sets cleats fitted. Winter shoes placement left heal out much further than right shoe. Adjusted back myself. Put bike back to previous settings.

What a difference a few tweaks has made to my riding position.
This was my second visit after my tt fit so I booked in my roadbike and after a few rides I can honestly say I'm much more comfortable especially when I had a left knee issue which is now non existant. I

First time I’ve had a bike fitting. I can honestly say it’s the best money I’ve spent on cycling. Knee pain I thought was from a broken leg has gone and I can now sprint (been riding with my seat too low for years).
Greg is a top bloke, it was like catching up with a friend I hadn’t seen for years.
As a below average cyclist I put getting fitted off (justifying that at my level it wouldn’t make much difference). Greg showed me my positioning before and after, it was worlds apart. I should have got fitted years ago

Great bike fit, felt like i gained a lot of knowledge about how the human body should be riding a bike.
Gregg was really informative and explained in detail all the changes he was making.
The before and after comparison was night and day. I not only look but feel much better on my bike.

Greg was really professional and friendly during my bike fit. He was very knowledgeable and immediately made sure to explain the process of how he would be better fitting me on my bike. Going through the process was really simple and Greg explained what he was doing and why at every stage which was really useful to understand. I'd definitely recommend this service to anyone who doesn't feel slightly right on their bike and would go back again if needed!

Went to Dr Sprockets because I felt my turbo bike and road bike may not be the best set up and I wanted to get the most out of my bikes and Dr Sprockets came recommended.
I turned up to a nice, bright and clean studio and Greg immediately struck me as a knowledgable and amiable guy.
We started with measuring my feet and setting up the cleats on my shoes. I then realised there was more to the bike fit than I anticipated. Greg went into depth explaining everything he did and made it clear what he was doing at each stage of the bike fit for each of my bikes. He also set up my tri bars correctly for better comfort.
Also being a passionate triathlete and Ironman himself, shared some additional experiences and advice for me as a novice.
All in all, a worthwhile experience, giving me confidence that my bike is now giving me optimum performance in regard to setup and body position. A detailed report with all measurements was also provided , if needed, for any changes in bike parts or measurements for a new bike.
My initial ride after the fit did feel good but it will take me a couple of weeks of riding before I really appreciate the fit.
If or when I get a new bike, I would definitely take it to Greg and his expertise.

We went for a him and her bike fit and we have given it a few weeks for things to settle before writing a review.

As a couple we aren't competitive, cycling is a leisure activity for us and we've questioned for years if we really needed to do a bike fit. Wow! the pains in my shoulders, arms and back have all disappeared and I'm feeling much fresher on the bike and a lot more comfortable sat on the sofa and sleeping in bed at night. Yes it has been that much of a change.

I was going to say it's like buying a new bike but it has been more of buying a pain free life.

Greg is very pleasant, knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for what he does. He explains the reasons why he is making changes and is happy to share his knowledge with you.

Session started with a friendly chat about my needs and any niggles or pains I am getting whilst riding.
Throughout the session Greg explained exactly what he was doing and why, plus sharing his in depth knowledge of bio-mechanics with the aid of models.
All measurements were recorded on a detailed report for future use, which I received via email. This email also included other relevant web links to related topics we’d discussed during the morning.
