Works good, looks good, simple to install

I ordered a new throttle body for my jeep, I noticed several hours later that night after placing the order, that the order summary stated it was for a 3.6l, rather than the 3.8l in which I ordered, got onto it straight away with great communication with someone from customer support throughout that night, to get it corrected before it was actually sent, a few days later, I recieved an email from bobby confirming correct details.

Review of product - i had an auto-electrician install the unit so i cant comment on difficulty of installing it but it works extremely well and the product has exceeded my expectation. i was a bit scared because originally it shipped from china but like everything is from there anyway so no biggie.
Review of customer service - absolutley fantastic, Rowena helped alot with resolving an issue i had with the frame size which was ultimantly my fault not the businesses and they sorted it out extremely well cannot thank enough.

Easy fitment perfect for a quick fix delivery is quick and easy

I recently bought a radiator for my 2013 px1 3.2 ford ranger and it went it with no issues and has been perfect for last month or so, can't recommend them enough great proce fast shipping and product seems to be as good if not better then original.

Using my VIN, DMS selected the correct CV shafts for my 2007 Subaru Forester, confirming selection and best price pre-purchase. Free delivery to my door was prompt. My mechanic fitted both shafts, and tells me that it was a straightforward trouble free job. My Suby has now been running smoothly on the road for about two weeks, all good. I would highly recommend this supplier.

Ordered lower control arm replacements, They were direct fitment and very easy to fit. Service was good and quality of parts is great.

They listed a picture of a different product than what the description describes. Customer service is extremely slow, and didn't seem to know their product at all other than what was listed in the description.

They sent me a pair of tail lights that were different that what was pictured on their website and it took over a week to arrange a return.

Not to mention, they are the exact Chinese lights you can buy for half the price on Amazon or ebay. I had specifically purchased these because of their color, which wasn't available elsewhere.

They first claimed they would send a shipping label, then they went back and said they would reimburse me for shipping. It too 3 business days after the returned item had arrived at their facility for the to acknowledge they'd received the package.
Then, they reimbursed me for just the product and not shipping. I emailed the stating I didn't receive payment for shipping, which I had sent them the receipt and tracking information for. They then claimed that they had sent me a shipping label, which they had not. Once I had convinced them of what they said (which was in our email chain of over 30 responses) they then asked me for my bank account and routing number to reimburse me.

This company sells the same Chinese junk you can get anywhere for a premium and terrible customer service. Stay away.

Happy with the head unit for my Hilux. Easy to install and looks great. Sometimes a bit fussy to connect with Bluetooth but overall so far so good.

I had an issue with fitment with a headunit that wasn't anyone's fault. The support to get me going again was prompt and helpful many weeks after the order. Once the fitment was sorted I had another issue with set up weeks afterwards and was again fully supported. Will definitely use DMS again

Ordered a steering rack for my 2003 pajero in Perth came within the week and fitted perfectly top class parts and service

***Updated Review ***
1. Check prices everywhere else first, they sell $8.95 items for $119.00 and call themselves Australia. Do I personally think a 1395% markup "fair" for such poor quality goods 'No'. If goods were actually as advertised and stated quality then that would be fair.
2. Everything is either posted from China or a Australian based China processing warehouse in NSW, which is also where Returns are recycled.
3. Whether you get a refund or not, that is not the point. The ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) by way of Australian Consumer Law, state that false advertising is illegal, not me!
The items were cheap and no where near the advertised quality, and certainly did not contian the quality components claimed. Hence why only "tested for Australian" and not "Certified" for Australian use. The pakaging product specifications and advertised 'instruction manual (on one item, was actually the side of a cheap box) is barely comprehensible. It has been clearly written by someone who's first language is not English.
4. Did I get a full refund after some back and forth and refusing an offer of a $30 refund and to keep item YES. Was the full refund processed quickly YES. Would I have installed such poor quality components in my Landcruiser even if they were free, absolutely not, in the Outback Qld heat I would be an idiot to take such a risk!!
5. But again, getting a refund or not isn't the only basis for reviews. If I hadn't been none the wiser on what to expect and never questioned anything, then this wouldn't have been an issue at all...
I am not being difficult, nor should I be singled out as that customer, especially when by DMS Engineering's own website I am merely applying thier published "Caveat Emptor" (buyer beware) as they DMS have clearly stated themselves...

Installed the head unit into my PX1 Ranger and honestly pretty impressed with it so far. Everything plugged in nicely, screen quality is good, CarPlay connects quickly and the sound quality is way better than stock. Steering wheel controls work properly and the unit fits the dash cleanly. Customer service was also helpful when I had questions during install. Definitely happy with it and would recommend it to anyone wanting to modernise their Ranger setup.

I previously bought a Alpine unit and it performed poorly, After searching for a solution I found this Unit for My Colorado I was super happy that the Canbus functionality communicated well as this is very important as most news cars use the radio as the brains of the car DMS units are the only one on the market that has all functionality from a factory unit into a aftermarket system, The Fit and finish is just like Oem spec all the trims fit and wiring loom is plug and play. Definitely worth getting this unit.

The purchase of the head unit was very easy and the 24/7 help made it easy to ensure the head unit selected would fit the car. Postage was fast, received within a few days. Installation was relatively easy. A little bit more in the instructions would be helpful but in the end it was plug in a few wires test and put back together. Very simple. All standard steering wheel features still work. The head unit works great. Has all the features and easy to use. Very happy with the purchase.

This was the 2nd aftermarket headunit i bought for my Colorado and it has been brilliant! From extremely unsatisfactory experience with the first company. DMS engineering’s whole buying to fitment process was seem less. 0 issues with the headunit so far and I love being able to actually talk to someone if any issues arise. Which I doubt there will as it’s been fantastic so far.

Awesome product works exactly as described sub 10 minute install, only thing with a 150 prado is the emergency indicators don’t quite fit in the fascia
