Placed order 10 days ago heard nothing no communication send email for expected delivery date was told sorry out of stock buy something else for the same value , that is the most unprofessional thing I’ve heard for awhile , now I’ve been chasing with numerous emails for a full refund which I still haven’t got . Next is consumer affairs . Can’t belive how unprofessional these people are . You want to buy from them good luck

Ordered a head unit about two months ago had a little bit of trouble trying to install but thanks to the team they helped me with everything I needed, definitely a very helpful team. The head unit itself is amazing havnt had problem with it since I bought it everything works just the way it’s supposed too.

Device was delivered promptly and install was straightforward.

Only issue was I had to dremel the cover fascia to fit over the head unit.

Has been functioning well after install.

Purchased a head unit from dms and couldn’t be more happy with the product would recommend for anyone that wants to get rid of the terrible factory units

Buying process was super simple. Inclusions and instructions layed out super simple. Made it an easy choice to purchase.
Company were quick to rectify an issue I made during the purchase with no questions asked and prompt replies. No issues with tracking I received notifications at every stage of the process.

Bought a head unit for my Navara easy to install fits well recommend them massively

Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

I purchased a Santa Fe head unit that was advertised as suitable for my vehicle and “plug and play”. I also confirmed compatibility before purchasing. Unfortunately, the product has not worked as expected, and what followed has been months of back and forth with very poor communication.

The unit cost close to $1,000, so this has not been a small issue. Replies have been slow, phone calls go unanswered, and I have had to repeatedly chase updates. At one point, after being told they would look into it, I waited around 20 days with no proper update before having to follow up again myself.

I have now requested a refund multiple times. They have only now advised me to return the product before a refund can be processed, but this should have been clearly communicated weeks ago. A return label could have been provided much earlier, instead of dragging this out further.

Given the delays and lack of reliable communication, I have very little confidence in the process. The original shipping and communication were also poor, took months to even get the product, so this has been frustrating from the very beginning.

Overall, I would not recommend this business based on my experience. If you are looking for a head unit I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a business.

At first it was a lot to take in to be able to fit it yourself.
I purchased mine for the wife’s Izuzu MU-X, although it didn’t have a CD player it came with everything else and more.
It only took me a lazy 90 minutes but everything worked out perfectly

Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to upgrade 👌

Installed a DMS head unit to my 2014 DMAX, easy installation, minor removal of plastic from the back of the dashboard required to get the unit to sit flush. But as you can see from the photos,it looks great, no glare from the screen while driving and easy to set-up and use. Powers on quickly and connects to your phone via carplay in seconds. Would definitely recommend, makes the dash look like a 2026.

I bought this unit to replace the standard one that comes in a 79 Ute. Great price, excellent customer service, great communication and tracking of package. This unit was easy to install, and so much much better than the standard one that comes in the vehicle.

Purchased a set of Headlights back in Feb, the team reached out for photos of the orginal headlights to double check the purchased set was correct and would fit. Arrived pretty quickly with no issues and were easy to fit to the vehicle. The old headlights were foggy and weathered but the new headlights make our car look great

I brought a new turbo from DMS Engineering after having it installed it developed a problem after having the engineers from DMS and my mechanic putting their heads together to try and figure it out. After trying a few different ideas it was decided to replace the turbo. The new turbo was at my door very quickly and the other one sent back for testing. The turbo was fitted and no more problems. My dealings with DMS was very pleasant and polite and very friendly. I will be definitely using DMS Engineering in the future.

Brought one of the head units for my 2009 Suzuki Swift Sports. Have to admit was not sure in the beginning, as previous brought after-market products for this car and they have not fitted! We were pleasantly surprised-arrived in the time frame that we were quoted, well priced and basically fitted simply! No real dramas and works a treat. Definitely modernised the interior of the car! Love my new toy!

I ordered some new headlights for my Prado, just to update my 1996 model.
There was a problem with the order. So i sent an email to enquire if there was a problem. That's when Diona contacted me saying that they would look into the 'problem'. It didn't take long to solve the 'problem' and my lights are on the way.
I would like to take this chance to thank Diona for her? help and reassurance during this event and will recommend DMS to anyone.
