I bought an Apple CarPlay upgrade head unit for the Mazda BT-50. It went missing in the post and it never arrived. The management at DMS Engineering went above and beyond to get me a replacement straight away. I've been mucked around with dodgy online sales before, so I was blown away by the effort and communication from these guys. The replacement arrived. It took no time to instal, it is seamless. Great quality. Works perfect. Highly recommend - A very satisfied customer. All very easy!

Purchased a 1hz power steering pump works great makes steering feel a lot lighter than factory and my old pump had busted seals was easy to install and was at my door within 4 busisness days of ordering it. Really happy with it 👍

DMS engineering have been great to purchase through. All products arrived in efficient time, excellent customer service and follow up. Highly recommended this company.

Ordered a radio for a 2018 Honda pilot. Included pictures of the front of the radio and the connections in the back when purchasing. Radio came in from china with the completely wrong harness. I proceeded to try to work with the customer service and they would only respond on a week on mondays asking for more pictures. After 3 weeks and no resolution. I requested to return the radio and I still haven’t received a email over a week and a half later from them.

Originally trialled a cheap E-Bay special part, as often happens, it fell apart within 5000kms, opted for the DMS replacement - 20,000km later and still in perfect working order. Credit where it's due, too; fast response, fast shipping and parts exactly as advertised. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

I ordered upper control arms from dms for my Izuzu dmax and they were here super quick and so simple to put in.
All in all great product and well built product.

I purchased a set of headlights which unfortunately did not end up fitting my car due to an installed bodykit.

They helped me with the return process and was due to receive store credit in return. When I realised their website did not sell any other items fitting my two vehicles, and therefore I would not be able to use the store credit provided, I asked if a money refund would be an option.

They always responded to me with kindness, compassion, and consideration. I am now awaiting my refund and could not be more happy that they could do this for me.
