Repaired my van after a recent accident
Their service and communication was excellent. Keeper me posted all through the process.
The work it self is high quality. The van looks good as new again.

The car was collected as agreed and returned in excellent condition following the repair. It had been excellently cleaned too! An issue with the car after it had been returned was quickly resolved at my house.

WORST EXPERIENCE. FOLLOWING THE REPAIR THE REAR SENSORS ALARMING FALSELY AND INTERIOR OF THE CAR ALL SMUDGED WITH MARKS. DESPITE COMPLAINT NO ONE BOTHERED TO ENQUIRE OR CALL BACK. WAITING TO GO TO THE OMBUDSMAN FOR LACK OF RESPONSE

Quick response and timely repairs

Right from the start they contacted me very quickly to arrange collection of my vehicle and organise at the same time a courtesy car. The work was carried out within a week Due to me being in hospital on the Monday/Tuesday we arranged that the car would come back on the Wednesday, the work that had been carried out was superb and the added bonus of a full valet service to the car. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone

The staff were very professional and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. From the day they took my car away until the day I got it back they kept me upto date with the status of the repairs and made sure that I was completely happy with everything going on. DLG were professional, friendly and very helpful throughout the repair process, keeping me informed and updated at each stage which I really appreciated. The whole process was reassuring and very well coordinated, my mini was collected quickly and delivered back beautifully repaired and cleaned inside and out.
