Great company kept me upto date with jhow things were going and done and all round fantastic job of my car, very polite and helpful staff, voildnt do enough for you, quality of workmanship is exemplary my car looks like new, staff from reception to repairers here in my eyes a 10 out of 10, brilliant people

The communication was excellent and they were very accommodating. They kept me up to date with things and finished before the estimated date. The only negative is that I had about 1/2 tank fuel when my car was picked up but was left with next to nothing when it was returned and had to go straight to petrol station first.

I can’t believe what an excellent job the team did on my beloved JCW, to the point that you would never tell she had been damaged. The paperwork I received detailed step by step in all the work they did. I’m blown away of the expertise and professionalism by every team member!

DLG did an excellent job repairing my car so that it looked as good as new. They kept me updated almost daily on progress by text.

They are absolutely amazing the gentlemen who collected my car and delivered was so fantastic they explained everything simple and kindly the staff on the phone were so kind and caring so friendly and it was so easy to understand I got text messages as updates came through it was really fast and they cleaned my car inside and out and it was done to a very high standard I was so impressed and so grateful as I didnt expect that at all, the curtesy car was fantastic and smooth to drive and was really easy no stress no issues at all at a worrying time they made it really easy and stress free I can't recommend them enough 5☆ isn't enough it was at least a 10☆ or more i dont think ive ever

Churchill Insurance told us they recommend DGL who contacted us to plan collection of our car, repair and return. All dates and works carried out were done as arranged and everyone we dealt with were helpful, friendly and professional

Kept up to date without fail, work completed was outstanding, a small niggle after receiving the vehicle back was addressed without fuss. I was initially sceptical thinking that only Mercedes would be able to rectify the issues after my car was stolen & recovered (keys/coding etc) but I was wrong. These guys at DLG are exceptional - have no fear about trusting them with your repairs.

The service apart for not refitting the sump cover that fell off at the accident . This part was in the boot .

My car was called and returned and the car was cleaned inside and outside.

Collected car very quickly after it was bumped by a third party. Repaired to an excellent standard and brought back extremely quickly. It had been valeted to to high standard inside and out and looked amazing.
