Our car was picked up and returned as good as new
Absolute fantastic service, kept me informed all the way from start to finish, you wouldn't know that a repair had to have been carried out absolutely fantastic job.
Following an non fault accident , DLG was very quick to get in touch and collect our car from the recovery company. Good communication during the repair process and car returned all repaired. The only issue I had was our car was dropped off in our driveway and key given to our child. Car is12 years old and had damage to the rear quarter. Repaired the rear quarter and refurbed the alloy wheel which now stands out against the rest of the wheels.

Fantastic repair and the car came back cleaned which is over and above what I expected. My hit and run bumper and scratches where not ponly repaired perfectly, the bumper was the latest model including extra light. I wish the damage had not been done and was upset that somneone would do this and leave, however the overall repair and return service of DLG was exceptional. They kept me informed on the process regularly and even got the car back to me way a head of the predicted date.
Was kept informed at every stage and no jargon used.
Was treated with respect, I can’t recommend them highly enough.
All was great apart from forgetting a courtesy car on day 1.but they rectified that next day, they kept in touch the job was completed and car returned 3 days before they had said and they have done a very good job. New rear door, pulled out rear arch and then resprayed and rear bumper paint is a great match and all good
Was very impressed with this company from pickup time to return of my vehicle. The gentleman involved with collection and delivery of my were courteous and very easy to converse when. My car was collect in Aberdeen and conveyed to Perth. I was advised when it arrived in Perth and was updated throughout the repairs process how the repairs were progressing. The car was returned to me exactly when the company said it would and was clean. Throughout my dealings with the company they performed exactly as one would expect. I certainly would rather this company.
Not happy with the service, the parts needed to fix the car took a long time to arrive to the garage, this is not their fault, but once the parts arrived, they broke something (fuel pump) in the garage while moving the car and it took another month to be fixed. I didn't even get an apology for it. Very bad communication with clients. They picked up the car on the 26th February and I had it back on the 15th of May

Really good service from start to finish. The door looks brand new. Selected by insurance company and you’ve done and a great job.
Fantastic repair service, was quick and kept up to date throughout the entire repair. You would never know the car was ever damaged.
The only two minor issues I had was the car arrived on a bank holiday weekend on the Friday and they called and left me a voicemail asking me to call them back. I tried calling back within 5 minutes and had an automatic voicemail saying that they were shut for the bank holiday but to leave a voicemail and then it hung up immediately before I could leave a message, I could not speak to them until Tuesday.
I also tried to change my contact number and email on the online portal but it kept reverting back the next day to the default details.
Kept me up to date with the repair getting done on my car, excellent service and workmanship.
DLG regularly communicated with me, regarding progress both through telephone calls and texts. Repairs carried out quickly and my car was delivered early, which was a bonus. Car was valeted internally.
The repair which is of a minor nature was due for completion on 3rd March now on the 8th April the repair is not yet complete with no end in sight. In addition during the repair process the car developed a fault. DGL Auto Services Perth accept no responsibility for this fault and the car has to go to the dealership to rectify this fault.

My car returned beautifully clean inside and outside after being transported to and from repair centre in Perth.
Great communication from start to finish, even received update without making call to check in myself, arrived on time when advised and called to pre warn. Brilliant
Good service. Kept up to date with the progress of the my car during the work done on my car. Very friendly staff both on the pickup and return of my car and on the phone
