Great service when my car needed repair. I was kept informed of the progress and staff were very polite and courteous and went over and above to accommodate to collect and deliver my car with least disruption.
I would highly recommend DLG Services in Perth.
Good: The repair quality. Communication from repairer once they had the car.
Bad: 1. Booking-in date was later than insurance company had indicated (DLG said the insurance company, Churchill, should never have given me a date) 2. 1st attempt at pickup was arranged by phone the previous evening for "next day afternoon, and as late as possible". The driver arrived at 11.30am and tried contacting my mobile till 12.20 when he gave up and retuned to base. My wife's mobile had been given as a backup to mine but she was never called at all. 3. The courtesy car delivered was filthy (driver apologised). 4. By the time our repaired and cleaned car was delivered the 80 miles back to us, it too was filthy outside (should at the very least have been put through a car wash).

Freindly and helpful staff and repair carried out with excellent workmanship.
The staff were helpful and understanding considering the 5 months or so for the spare parts to arrive. The restoration was a very good job, I'm pleased.

They made the pick up, repair and return of my vehicle so simple. They were ontime, professional and very helpful.
Repair took 3 months and when I finally got it back it was dirty inside and out.
The windscreen was replaced but it looks like the wipers were not, these will need to be replaced.

Easy to contact and very helpful staff after a stressful incident causing damage to our car just two days before we were due to travel to France. Vehicle quickly checked to allow us to travel and repair was booked in and quickly dealt with on our return.
Delighted to receive car back in great condition, inside and out.

Everything happened from when they said it would happen from collection to return and the repair was faultless. Really happy with the service.
The company done a great job on my repair. They kept me up to date when things would happen. When they returned my car to me it was immaculate, the cleanest I have seen it since new.
Could not be happier with the service
Had a rear shunt with minor damage to bumper, called Churchill Insurance and repair was quickly arranged through DLG. Car was collected within 2 weeks by transporter and returned within a week repaired. Very happy with the repair quality and service.
