I am really happy with the services I received from DLG . They kept me informed every step of the way from pick up to drop off.. driver was very polite and arrived on time. The repairs are perfect and i am very pleased with the results. I also spoke with a couple of Ladies on the phone and text , they were more than happy to assist me in every way possible. I would give them a rating of 10 out of 10.

Lauren from the Basildon branch went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was booked in and repaired in good time. Also she was happy to pass on all updates along with her colleagues regarding to repairs to my vehicle. I would highly recommend DLG to anyone the standard of work was fantastic

To day wing mirror fell out of its housing. If it was not for the wire connected to it, it would have fallen on the floor and broken. I forgot to remove a phone holder from the air vent grill which went missing

Very disappointed with the after service. The car was returned having supposedly washed. My husband was unable to clean the car and have a good look over it owing to bad weather and working nights. The repair from what I could see (as it was returned in the dark) were complete other than a piece of trim hanging of the bumper which we managed to re-secure. I was assured by the guy delivering the car back that if I have any issues to call the office and a technician will be sent out to deal with the problem at my home or bring it back to the workshop. When my husband did clean and polish it when on leave 10 days later with the car hardly moving off the driveway he noticed 2 marks on the inside of the rear offside door. He phoned DLG Basildon then sent pictures of the damage to the paintwork. We then spent 2 days leaving voicemails on various numbers or messages with the call handlers who said the people we needed to speak to were in a meeting. When we protested that this had gone on for 2 days I was put through to a workshop representative who said a technician would be sent out to rectify the problem in 2 days which I happily accepted. The following day my husband received a voicemail to say that the damage was caused by a seatbelt buckle. This couldn’t be the case as the marks weren’t there before and nobody had been in the back seat since the repair. He tried to call back but again no answer only voicemail. He drove to DLG and was told that it was definitely caused by a seat belt and that it was down to us. The frustration and time wasted over the those 3 then to have it implied we were lying made this whole experience one I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
